    Hello, hope you all are doing well. Glad you've got some sunshine today. Its pretty gloomy here. It just might rain. Cloud cover does work better for my signal than clear skys. When I got notification about your tutorial I was excited to be able to watch it without the buffering. I love the teardrop links. They are so pretty!!!!! You are an awesome teacher!!!!!

      As always, it’s so lovely to have you here, Jeanetta. We’re not doing too badly here. Hope your weather isn’t too awful for you. Strange how your signal is better in the cloudy conditions! Best wishes to you and your family ☺️

      @samanthalatimer1 a gentleman from my provider explained it to me. The signal will bounce back off of the cloud cover whereas it won't when it's clear skys. Now I don't know if he was pulling my leg or not, but it seems to work that way. I'm just tickled pink that I was able to watch your video without any problems.

    I discovered your videos a few days ago and have found them to be really helpful. I am a beginner at working with wire and really appreciate the detailed instructions you provide for how to do things. And I love your chain designs (which is mostly what I have watched so far). As you have said, they are easy enough for a beginner to make but they look elegant and fancy (they make a beginner like me look like a better jewelry maker than I actually am!), Thank you so much for sharing your designs and expertise! 😊

    This is another beautiful and easy chain to make, I just made 2 of them and I love them! I love using copper wire, it’s so pretty but my granddaughter’s doesn’t like it, they like gold and since I can’t afford gold and I don’t like using any of the filled wires unless it’s for me cause I just can’t be gentle with wire and I have nicks and scratches on all my wire jewelry it’s easiest for me to file and put stuff in my tumbler and it all comes out so beautiful, I have been using red brass wire and they love it, it looks so much like gold and it’s also as stiff as half hard copper which is really nice. Thank you so much for sharing another beauty ❤

    I love this chain tutorial!! May I ask what you use when working with silver? I can’t afford real silver but I’ve learned about German Silver that has a copper center. Do you know if the copper shows through when hammered?? I just need a less expensive alternative. Thanks bunches, Sheila😊

    • @samanthalatimer1
      @samanthalatimer1  8 місяців тому +1

      Hi Sheila 👋 I do use silver plated copper and tend to be very gentle with the hammering eek!! If you hammer too much, then the copper *can show through a little. Sterling is SO expensive. For special prices, I do use silver filled, and whilst a little more pricey, it’s much less expensive than sterling. Glad you like the video 🥰
