This is the video I am looking for. Thank you so much for explaining very well.
I love this. It's very similar to how I calculate and pay my tithing.
Thank you for this video. ♥️
Well done.
God job and thanks!
Came across your video thank you so much. I have a question what about on the week that your going to Tithe you also had the rent withdrawn so you discount that ? Im still trying to figure out what expenses to subtract from when money comes in for that specific week I hope I make sense
I am doing that 10/10/10 70 method that you mentioned, but I am struggling. Taxes come out of the 70, which is about 25 percent of my income since I have to pay self employment taxes. So I really end up with only 45 percent to live on.
Awesome. Video
Thanks Cory!
God Bless you brother. God has used you to speak to me about tithing.
Thanks Janet! You got this! 👊
All. I’m still new to learning about business. Do I pay tithe to church from a business checking account? Personal account? Thank you. GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS. Haven’t seen a CPA yet.
It doesn't matter you can pay from either. (In my opinion - not tax advice) just keep record of your giving and your CPA will help with all that.
@@TravisPeters GOD BLESS YOU BROTHER.
I’m seeing CPA soon
I have been told that a (very) easy way to tithe on a business is to tithe 1% of all the incomes whatever into the business. It is, I was told, a no hassle way to work out how to give that much to God - regardless of how many or how much the overheads are. Any comments?
As long as it equals out to 10% of your true income. “Tithe” literally means tenth. So giving just 1% will not qualify you for the benefits of tithing. But it is still sowing seed.
One can, I think substitute 1.5% or 2% for 1%; each business has nits own unique ratio between income and expenses. Thank you for replying :)
Windows of heaven I believe is not just about money, but I can understand just for this scenario.🤓
True, it’s not JUST money…but it is also money. It says God will pour out a “blessing” on your life. In many cases money would be the blessing you need. Also, there several scriptures that reveal you will “reap what you sow.” In this case we are sowing finances and therefore will reap finances. (Gal 6:7-9, 2 Cor 9:6-10, Luke 6:38, Prov 3:9-10 etc)

Thank you again.
I tithe frequently, but I was leaving it as the last thing to do; and I kept forgetting it. I have noticed the money challenge. Thanks to your nice video, I will be ready to place my tithe to Pastor Benny Hinn since I am not attending a physical church right now. He is one of God anointed and he has a new journey in helping less fortunate people.
Benny Hinn is a scam artist
What if we as a business not making any profits, it's break even, how should I calculate.
Great question! Is it breaking even because of business expenses or personal expenses?
What happens if your business is not making a profit. Do you tithe on the loss?
Great question! I personally wouldn’t tithe off the loss, however, I would be “sowing seed” in order to reap a harvest that puts me in the profits. THEN start tithing to activate that snowball blessing. Check out 2 Corinthians 9:6-11 in the AMPC
What about monetary gifts given to me at Christmas or for my kids.
My wife and I tithe off all our increase and income including Christmas and birthday money. We’ve taught our kids that the first ten percent is returned to God, the Source and Supplier, so they give tithes and offerings in their kids church service too. It’s our way of saying thanks, and showing we are grateful and in turn, it activates the blessings and benefits that come with tithing. Check out Proverbs 3:9-10 and of course Malachi 3:10-12.
Travis, wouldn't your best off your business be the gross, just like a job? After you pay your material, after your workers, then you tithe? That's not giving your best.
10,000
-1,000 Tithe
-6,000 Material
-2,000 Workers
1,000 Yours
Thanks Travis I’ve always tithed on gross
What if I have a restaurant?
you give from the heart not out of religious duty
Try 1 per cent of turnover. :)
Just profits, less all the capital and cost of goods before computing your tithes
KJV is the proper bible to use. the other interpretations of bibles are like baby talk and nearly all meaning is lost from what was originally said
I think you may have missed the point of the video if that was all you got out of this.
How about the Greek?
