Why doesn't he ever explain 1 Cor 7:15-16? What is God saying to the believer who gets left by the unbelieving spouse?

He never speaks on 1 Corinthians 7:15 But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace.
Not in bondage in such cases. When your bound your in bondage to what your bound to.
It’s seems like he’s only preaching half of the 1 Corinthians 7 teaching on marriage. Not to mention the letter that Paul wrote was written to the Church. Pastor Gino is right. Two believers can’t divorce and remarry. Paul addressed that 1 Corinthians 7: 10 And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband:
11 But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.
Paul addressed 2 married believers and 10-11 and addressed marriage between a believer and an unbeliever
