Thank you for this video! I have been searching the internet for over a month just trying to find some information on how to work my Rodecaster Pro II. This video was straight to the point and I was so excited to use some of the features as you were explaining them. Next for me is finding/ creating a good intro song and importing different audio features.
This is a brilliant video Scott. Thanks for taking the time to make it.
Your video was amazing! Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for posting it!
I too , purchased this amazing audio interface! I have the rode arm stand with the rode procaster condenser microphone!
Awesome Scott I just purchased the rc duo
Great review scott must have. And still loving the podcasts well done to you and your Dad
Greg Burke thanks Greg! Glad your enjoying them! 😀
Great info and to the point! this did it, going to purchase the unit soon. Keep up the good work, I will check in to your podcast with your dad.
btw, just subbed, liked and bell on!
Very nice. I learn a lot I just bought mine and have been a little lost
Great to hear!
Great video just a question is your rode caster pro connected to your camera that you are making this video with?
It’s not. I recorded it on its own and synced them together in fcpx
@@ScottEdwards Is there a way you can airpods for headphones?
Thank you 🙏🏼
Looks like you have the same set up as me. Macbook Air M1, Rodecaster Pro, and guitar/guitars. I love the Rodecaster Pro. I've been using Garageband through a Fender Mustang Lt-25. However, I also play bass and have an Ampeg bass amp and an Orange Crush 35RT. The tone I get from those amps sound better. I was curious today what would happen if I just mic'd one of the amps through the Rodecaster. I do a livestream podcast and it goes out through OBS. I also have a card in the Rodecaster. I've got three Sterling condenser mics and two Shure SM-61's...old school...like June Carter used...they're kind of cool. Good video. I'll check out your podcast. What are you using for a camera?
M1 sounds great!
Great video thanks
Great video Scott! Buying one!
Cheers Paul! Definitely worth it! 😊
Me2 & U2, good luck with it!
Great review scott must have. And still loving the podcast enjoy listening when im working well done to you and your dad.
100th like nice video man
Enjoyed the video, thank you! May I ask who the artist was that you played when you were showing that you can play music through your phone when it is connected to Bluetooth?
Hi Scott, I have a different type of mic. Do I Have to use the type of mic you have for this to work? Great content btw
You can use any xlr mic
Hi Scott! Great video as usual. Already wrote you about it but it would be great if you could tell us how to create a jingle for our podcasts. Thanx!
Waz suuuupppp from CA 🇺🇸 😃Good Day!
how did you get video?? thats the issue i'm having
Is it possible to use those pads on the Rodecaster like midi keyboard pads? Like load kick, hat, snare, etc onto the pads then record?
Can you pause during a recording on the rodecaster pro, or go back and re record a section or do you have to record in one take?
You can pause it yeah
move the flower pot a bit behind. Its a bit too distracting
It’s covering his camera 😂
#growingwithvideo Thank you 😊, I purchased one too , UA-cam creator and future Podcaster “She Talks A Lot” Podcast subscribed !
Hi great video just had a question with regards the sound pads, how many songs could the 8 pads by 8 banks store in time wise and size? What I mean is could it be used as a way to do a 2hr live music radio show using mp3 without tying up a pc doing streaming duties. Info found seems to range from 1hr to 4hrs worth of music files so as yet unclear. Thanks
Thanks terry, I couldn’t answer that sorry I’m not sure I’ve only used it to store jingles for the podcast on
@@ScottEdwards ok thanks anyway for the reply.
If I would record a Podcast with 2 friends on the same table
Will the noise gate handle is so everyone is only hearable on his one track?
It all depends on what mics you use and how far you sit from each other
@@ScottEdwards let's say I'd use 3 Rode PodMics with 40cm distance
Did you find your dad tho? 🤣 thx for the information
