- 15 Minute Advanced Mini Stepper Circuit Workout
This workout is great for those looking for a challenging workout that targets the whole body using a mini twisting stepper with bands. We advise that you attempt this workout with a bit more slack than you would normally use in your resistance bands. If the curls and punches are too difficult to perform for each 1 minute interval during the workout, pause the video and adjust the length of your bands. Once you feel comfortable with the exercises, you can work on adding more tension in the resistance bands for an intensified workout. Perform controlled repetitions to ensure that you are engaging your core and the stepper remains in place during each exercise.
Workout Details:
Warm Up:
- 1 Minute Basic Step
Workout Intervals:
- 1 Minute Alternating Curls with Step (Quick Pace)
- 1 Minute Forward Punches with Step (3 count punches)
- 1 Minute Step Sprawl to Push up to Squat Hold
(Rest 1 minute)
Repeat 3 Rounds
Cool Down (omitted from the video)
- 2 Minute Basic Step (Slow Pace)

Could I perform this workout using dumbells, or in that case it would be better to slightly change the excercise, for example doing overhead punches or press instead of forward punches?
Hi Livia! Yes, you could also do this workout with dumbbells as long as your weight plus the additional weight of the dumbbells don't exceed the max weight capacity of your stepper. With dumbbells you'll be able to have a more full range of motion including overhead movements, so you are welcome to replace exercises with those you listed above as it may be easier to balance in comparison to forward punches.

Absolutely! Mini steppers have pretty strong resistance, and you'll likely be surprised by how challenging it is and how quickly you can work up a sweat. Your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves are engaged with each step. Stepping on a mini stepper is just like climbing stairs and will work all of the major muscles in your legs.
How much does he weight?
With all respect, i weight 79kg. I know I'm overweight but i want to do exercise and this seems great.
I see the limit is 100kg.
So for me is okay??

Are a Stepper really for losing weight?
Steppers are great to burn calories and tone the legs. Actual weight loss stems from caloric intake vs outtake so if you're consuming calories that you burned through the day then you'll be stuck on weight loss.
