    Agree Mirabel on the stomach sucking in. In any strength video the coach will say inhale and activate your abs (i.e., suck in your stomach).

    You got to suck your tummy in. We should use our stomach muscle whenever we exercise period. I find it gives me stability too.

    I hear the stepper can only be used for 15 minutes at a time? How long are you using yours for at one time?

      I don’t think that’s true. I use mine for an hour and it works fine
