My rc friends have both a 6s kraton and maxx stock. Put it through the same and the kraton have been breaking. Maxx has been fine. I think you should send it on your ramp lol.
Traxxas brings it 💯🔥nifty little M.t 👌 I think it's a little choked out by its price point. I've ran one at my local spot & it took a beating, couple of bent shock shafts was it . I'm all for the maxx & still my favorite is the 3.3 T-Maxx after all these years. Traxxas is hard to beat, when it comes to part availability & upgrades . Awesome review & run Salute 🙆👍
Had mine for 2 years and run on road and off-road … still using stock tires and when used up will buy them again…the only mod I’ve done is put 26 t pinion and 46 t spur… gets 60 mph and doesn’t overheat in 100 degree weather… love it
@@DeRock401 bro, so you know there is the mamba xls esc and castle motor combo and same thing with the max6 and hobbywing motor combo right? So which one is the best and would you need an after market mototr mount?
Friend, a question! I have seen several videos of this car and it already comes with the factory led but I see that your truck does not have the leds. Please get me out of this big doubt!
We've spoken on this subject several times in other videos, but if you haven't seen any of those, 1/10th scale feels more like toys than 1/8th scale, which feel more like machines to us here. However, this takes nothing away from their build or design. 1/10th scale is cool, we've admitted that, but we favor the larger RC's, so that's what that comment was supposed to relay. Thanks for commenting. 😎👍
The Max is a pretty sweet truck, but I don't know how you can give it a 9 at a 10 for durability if you weren't confident enough to jump it on a ramp. That doesn't make any sense to me. It is a great truck and I'm thinking of buying one but I just don't get the 9 out of 10 for durability
Even after all the pounding we here have put this truck through we still haven’t broken any parts at all. We’ve ramped it at full throttle and still it lives. For us here, that thing deserves the rating. Thanks for the comment. 😎👍
@@AJJAMStudios Fair enough. And like I said, I'm a fan of the Maxx. I just started watching your channel and Im really liking the videos. Thanks for them
Simple question for ya, just for conversation you understand. Question: If you worked hard to develop a new suspension system, would you let someone else take it from you without a fight? I'm not really taking sides here, but I've developed a few things in my time, and it sucks when someone else piggybacks on your work without paying something to the developer, you know, like the royalties the developer earned by creating the system in the first place. Like I said, I'm not taking sides in the Traxxas, Arrma, stuff but just in general. Either way, thanks for commenting, and Have a great holiday season. AJ
@@AJJAMStudios OK but we have replicas everywhere for everything. China does it all the time and nobody sues them ? I'm just saying we need to stop the petty shit. Traxxas just got jealous because that Big Rock 1/8 was a bad ass truck. Maybe Arrma should sue Traxxas because they put round wheels on there cars ? !!! Happy Holidays!!! Love your channel !!!
First off, I love the conversation. Secondly, thanks for responding. And you're right, China steals everything. That being said, it's still not legal. The problem is, no one can sue a Chinese company because our laws do not apply over there. Arrma and Traxxas, on the other hand, are not Chinese based companies and the laws do apply to them. I do not like the petty stuff either, and I'm fairly neutral on the issue. However, life goes on and if Traxxas upsets you, then by all means, "do not" buy from them. I get it. I have several companies I will not support due to one issue or another. I think that's the real power of the consumer. All the bickering between these giant companies just gets in the way of actual progress. Again, thanks for the input. AJ
Awesome video! Always, so thorough, informative, and helpful
Glad you think so!

The Dusty Motor cover would be good out there with all those little rocks.
Good to know, thanks

Great video, love Traxxas😀❤🇳🇴
Awesome 😎👍
Just got mine 2 weeks ago and damn i already spent a few hundreds for upgrades but its all worth when u jump that frakin truck! 🤙🏼
Yep. Me too. I’ve spent over 1500$ on upgrades on one Maxx and maybe 1200$ in my other Maxx. But I love them.

I know it’s a bit picky, but can you choose a less dusty area or do it after the ground is wet. So difficult to see the truck doing its thing.
Cool video the wheelie bar has no bearings good video thumbs up
Thanks 👍
He’s a tuff little truck..
Agreed. Thanks for commenting. AJ
Very cool!
Thank you 😎👍

The presale trucks sent to the channels for review came with leds. Mine came from a hobby shop. And thus, no leds. Thanks for asking. 😎👍
Yeahhhhhh keep bashing!!!
0:30 well actually i have no idea how you feel about 1/10 cars lol

Cool truck but I do not support Traxxas anymore since they sued Armma over that stupid suspension crap !!!!
