hello i have 90cc pit bike and tried putting on pe19mm no matter what jets i use its boggy and super hard to start. is the carb just not designed for motors this small? im gonna try your pz18mm instead hopefully it works
Try a 21mm... Is it 4 stroke? If it is then i don't know... But if it's a 90cc 2stroke, at least a 21mm is advised... In my country 21/24 are used for 70/80cc racing scooters
@@tiaguinho6756 the pit bike was low on compression and needed a head gasket. from Canada, i have a 1990 dt50lc it was pretty much one of the last 2 stroke models they sold before they banned them here. with stock bore it goes 105kmph with aftermarket carb and firebox exhaust
@@marshallkaufman3123 DT50 here in Portugal there's barely anything stock... It's the N°1 50cc for tuning we have some 100cc and there are some two cylinder fusion etc... Dtlc50 is the n°1. Stock with a good carb, better gearing and stuff you can push it to 120km/h... If you want you can see some projects here
I am trying to find a way to adapt the 19mm carburetor with the flange to my GY6 scooter and cannot find the right size to put on the carburetor so it will fit the intake manifold on the BBK (went form 50cc to 80cc) head I put on it. The studs on the head are spaced at 46.66mm. I was wanting to use the existing factory manifold but I think it will be too small. Is there any other way to do this?
Most 125cc mopeds usually come with 18mm from the factory. Try a 22mm. I have a PE22 on my Suzuki FL125 and it has good performance and doesn't consume much if I ride it at normal paces.
@@ZaeG2 -well I actually bought the nibbi 26 so my stock carb is 24, yea I’m gonna have to do some tuning-I upgraded petcock, fuel line, fuel filter also, and the nibbi kit on Amazon is 140.00 comes with new throttle and cable so if you get the kit oh yea you’re definitely looking at some tuning lol

Would this carburetor be able to work on a predator 212cc as replacement besides mikuni carburetor?
My honda cr80 has a factory 28mm carburetor. So idk where this this recommendations are coming from
2 stroke engines need a bigger carb than 4 stroke engines. His recommendations are for 4 stroke engines.
@@Deucealive75 then he should clarify that.
I have a 70cc scooter moped with a 17,5 mm carb you think i should go bigger and what size in that case ?
