I just got a racing clone im curious since im coming from a PHVA w cable choke. Where is the choke on this carb and is it Automatic or do i need to buy a Pull choke????
It’s possible your carburetor did not come with a choke but you can always add one. You can add a cable or lever choke. You can email us at info@dennycycles.com pictures of your carburetor and we will send you links to the correct choke for it.
The last letter is always a D for right hand, S for left hand. Both these carburetors would be right hand. The bodies of both carbs look the same, both have oil feed, vacuum take off & fuel connection same type and place. R1178 PHVB 20.5 ED Comes with a cable and has an anti tamper type mixture screw. R1153 PHVB 22 DD has no cable and standard mixture screw. These should be interchangeable on most applications.
@@DennyCycles I have the 12 mm normal carburator wich came with the aerox and i did some modification to it so I need to know what is the right carburator for my aerox
is the oil intake in the DS for lubricating the carb itsefl or is the fuel/oil mixture its purpose?
fuel/oil mixture is its purpose

Is there any difference in the performance ?
These will all be very comparable in performance.
I bought a phvb 22mm DD to replace my stock 20.5 ED. Whats the difference between ED and DD? and will the DD fit on my gilera runner 180fxr?
We do not know what will fit your specific bike. The difference in the DD and ED are the features.

Is there a 19 mm carburator with electric choke?
We do not have any PHBG 19mm carburetors with electric choke at this time
Will this work on a 2 stroke liquid cooled yamaha aerox??
What carburetor do you have on it currently?
What about PHBG CS and can i put it in an aerox?
We do not have any PHBG CS in stock to compare at this time. What carburetor do you have on your aerox now?

What is the OD of your intake where the carburetor mounts. Does your carburetor use a spigot or bolt on carburetor?
@@DennyCycles My carburator'OD is 12mm , I do not understand what is the spigot or the bolt
Those screw on caps are such shit, takes you 5 minutes to align the thread properly when screwing on
We have not had any issue with them. Do you have an authentic Dellorto carburetor or do you have a clone / copy?
2 screw head are tricky to hold down & get the screws started.
