Tried this appliance but had a panic attack from the first use, do you still breath thru your mouth I felt like my airway was plugged up and kept trying to use it but like I said ended up with a panic attack
@@sarahthecpaplady thank you after the second night it's much better I wasn't expecting so much air too enter my nose I had the machine running so instead of a gradual increase of airflow it had reached the peak as I put the cpap mask on
Jerry, I suggest you use a 15 minute ramp and ask your doctor to lower the pressure. Also, I recommend a chin strap. It takes 30 - 90 days to get used to CPAP therapy, so please don't give up!
It is super diffused to make sure the air does not hiss against your blanket or pillow. Its easier to feel while you inhale because the air coming out is cooler. If it makes you nuts you would want one with more vents of which there are bunches. I have a nasal mask options video that may help.

I’m new to cpap and have collapsing nostrils. This nose pillow keeps them inflated. I had to try several sizes to get the right fit.

Unfortunately you must keep your mouth shut if you want to wear a nasal only mask. Otherwise it will take your breath away.

I don't feel the air coming out through the exhalation port when I breathe out. It goes through the pipe
