I was just given an N30i to try out. I've not been able to adjust to anything else I tried so far so doc gave me a free sample she had. First night I slept 7 1/2 hours. The longest I've ever been able to sleep with the cpap was about 4 hours. The face masks trigger my claustrophobia with then triggers a night mare. Since trying the N30i I am able to sleep a full night. Fantastic. I might want to try the nose piece from the P30i, but why mess with success. I wish I had discovered this device sooner.
The P30i and N30i are great choices for people who move around a lot, since the hose connects at the top. If you're near the head of the bed, you feel the weight of the hose pulling down on your head, but it's worth it to get the hose off your body, out of the way, and allow freedom of movement. Most of the noise comes from the holes in the front, but there are also holes in the elbow near the top of your head. Personally, I prefer the N30i for comfort and flow. In theory, the P30i should seal better, but it kept blowing air in my eyes. Your experience may vary, so try both.
Thanks, I have the N30i. I like the minimalist fit, but have issues with it leaking when I side sleep. I'll try the P30i to see if I stop waking up at night to adjust.
I just used a cpap/apap for first time, I have the p30i mask. When I ramp the pressure is low and I must breathe in on my own mostly, and it's hard to breath in. I think the nostrils may be too small. Should I try the N30i pillow, is that a good solution to help me breath in? Or can I cut part of my p30i cushion to make the hole bigger? Thanks!
The filter is fixed and you can only replace the nasal pillows or cushion. When you order supplies, you get 6 nasal pillows / cushions. The N30i cushion has been upgraded with the same filter as the P30i.
Well, for some people thats a fair trade off to having the hose coming out the front… I am Deaf so this isn’t an issue for me. I like how the hose connects at the top of the head. No getting tangled in the hose when tossing and turning.

How has this been working for you, I'm here to decide if I should do the same. Fellow side sleeper.

Can you clean the exhalation filter? I see black dot in there.
I was told you can switch between the pillows and the cradle on the same head piece. Is this true?
1:23 ive broken two N30i cushions when removing to clean :(
Regarding the exhalation filter on the P30i. Is the filter replaceable? How often?

Do you put the entire pillow in the nasal or just the end?
That natural filter blows like a whistle....
why would you need a filter on an exhale?
Will the P30i cushion fit the N30i frame?
yes
Yes it will👍🏼…
The p30i nosepiece whistles when I breathe.....

Co2 out?
Can this mask only be used with the Resmed? Does it work with the BMC G2?
neither are recommended, it's like sleeping with scuba gear on. very noisy where air chambers are routed right next to ears.🤔🙉🤦♂️
CHASER I don’t find it noisy at all.
