Joe Devaney From what I know off the top of my head, 2B and the droids like her are programmed to just follow through with whatever task they are given. They don't ask questions or feel emotion. 9S droids are programmed differently. They are curious and show emotion. So they are supposed to ask questions. Example(if needed); If you put 2B and 9S in a box and told them to get out, 2B would do it by any means necessary without asking questions, while 9S would ask "Why?" or "What's outside the box?" Hope that helps.

For those who don't know what I'm talking about, Horizon Zero Dawn has a side quest called A Moment's Peace, in which you come across a Banuk village where machines are docile and don't attack humans. One of the shamans calls it a gift, but a tribeswoman is disappointed by the whole thing, saying "What is a gift but a reward that you didn't earn?"
She can be really cold and heartless. at this point if 2B keeps that attitude up she's never going to get laid LOL still she's one of my favorite waifus cuz I know she does have emotions she just prefers to keep them contained
