    this is the best mid-day short workout! Feels so good after sitting at a desk or on the floor with the kiddos. :)

    I just want to thank you so much for your workouts. I’m 40, on baby #13 (29 weeks), and your workouts have helped strengthen my pelvic floor so much! It’s amazing! I feel that most of your workouts target those muscles and at the very least don’t do things to weaken them. I’ve been looking for workouts like yours for years! I just can’t thank you enough for giving your time like this- from one busy mom to another, I know this has gotta be so hard!

    I love this exercise, but would love more with the heavier fabric bands! I've been traveling a lot for work, and it would be great to squeeze these in!

    Are the bands you’re wearing the fabric ones? I bought some of those on Amazon but they are sooooo hard to stretch. I can stretch the rubber ones, but they roll up when I use them (even wearing leggings).

      Yes, these are the fabric bands! They do have more resistance but I like them as they don't roll up as much!
