  • Ready to get those legs growing?
Yesterday I hit some legs and focused solely on different variations you can do on the leg press. 3 of my favorites that isolate different parts of your leg (quad dominate, power stance - overall killer rest pause sets and a hamstring + glute variation)
Let me know in the comments below what video you want next!!

One thing that's really helped me has been rocking. There's a UA-cam channel called original strength that discusses it. I've hurt my adductors and SI joint in the past doing heavy squats, but after rocking, I've not had any issues. Hope this helps! Also do dynamic stretching (legs swings, walking leg kicks, walking knee highs, etc.) before a workout and static stretching after.

This is exactly ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS what I needed to get some exercise while I'm stuck at my desk all day. It's just the right size. Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.
