Maybe, but it’s really orange and has no visible inclusions:)

Another great tutorial!! Always learn something new. Where could I purchase the magnesium block? I love that you could press the work into it! 😮❤

Hello Christine. Lately I've been getting them from Amazon. They are pretty useful sometimes:)

Thank you for the informative video. Very helpful. What is the tool with the spring loaded grip you used to hold the stone? Never have seen that.

Hello Anna! I’ve heard them called Claw gem tweezers, gemstone grabbers, gemstone pickup tool, and probably a couple of other names I’m forgetting:). Thanks for the nice comment!

Thanks Stephen! Mostly I try to pay myself a fair hourly wage, but if I think it’s a stunner, I raise the price to what I think the market will bear:)

For seeing small stuff, I have my optivisor with a lens that lets me see farther away. Just order the lens you need for your opti visor. Or get a pair of drug store reading glasses that works too.

Is that surf I hear in the background?

Probably the background noise filter in my editing software is imperfect. I’m in Colorado:)

Omg how did you know?! I destroyed a little bit of silver and quite a few stones last week. 😅 I ended up making an oval bezel. My torch likes to melt EVERYTHING at once lol. Got some easy/med hard sheet solder, seems to be much better.
Truly appreciate you sharing your skills! It may save this girly a few inches of silver at 3 am. 😅❤🫶
