Seems odd to me that you didn't curve the metal before turning up the collet. You seemed to make it work for you but if I did it that way I might find the collet leaning one way or the other.
please what is that tool your using on your dremel (white abrasive disc), ive not seen this before i usually use the nylon brush wheels, would love to try this out but cant quite pick up what you call it in the video, thanks great content by the way
