Exterior - excellent! Love the look of it. I am, however, leery of the french doors as they are easily broken into. Some security doors with screens would be needed - the question there is should the ironwork be abstract in keeping with the lines of the house or floral as a contrast? Might I also suggest an outdoor fireplace outside using the same chimney as the one on the house (dual fireplace)? Living room - cozy, but I'm not sure I'd have a chair in front of the exterior door. Or perhaps a chair that's a bit less stuffed, maybe a rocking chair. I love the amount of light coming in from both the french doors and the transom windows. By the way, do those open? If they did, that would allow airflow to keep the house cooler in warm weather. Like the placement of the fireplace as it makes the entire living area balanced as well as cheery. Fantastic kitchen layout! Clean, modern, yet cozy. Some might balk at the size of the table, but I find that a lot of family interaction takes place around a table, not to mention the fact that it is really an extension of the counters when it comes to prep work. Bedrooms - very nice, but might I suggest pocket doors for more efficient use of space? I love the amount of light the windows and french doors let in, as well as the invitation to view the attached patios as additional living space. I'd rather make the master bath an office or nook. And the front bedroom could be a den/library - but that's just me. Most would want to have the spare bedroom. Mud/laundry room/side door - every house should have one of these. This one is well-designed with clean lines and flow. This design is very well done and one I'd consider. Another consideration is to orient the house so that the roof faces south and install solar tiles for energy independence/lower power costs.
I like this hate the placement of the fireplace can’t be enjoyed by anyone I would move it to where the tv is and make that one wall of 3 doors or those that completely open up and would definitely screen in the front porch. This is actually a very nice home with the exception of the fireplace. I will consider it as a guest house like the open views and all rooms opening out because it could be a really nice vacation type spot.
Overall it's not bad, but as always I miss a vestibule. In our climate it's a must. I would put the washer and dryer by the guest bathroom, and in place of the laundry I would make the main entrance with a mudroom.
Have to have a darker brown outside, a screened in porch, and rearrange totally different furniture, but love the actual house. Yes, l know it's staged.
I'd put the fireplace where the TV is with the TV above. I would rather have a small laundry room and a bigger bathroom, I can't stand those circular showers, and I like a sink with a vanity. Even if it is for guests.
For a small house it's adorable.
Absolutely love this! I would make a few modifications, but overall wonderful.
Magnifique !!! J'adore 💕 !!!

*Thought this was a screencap from Minecraft*
A 1 plane roof is such a better idea
I'm not too fond of the bedroom has entry doors.

Where can I find info on plans or architect info please?

No mechanical room (water heater, furnace, A/C).
No garaage.
