AWESOME HOME! LEAVE THE MANSIONS TO THE EXTREME WEALTHY. BEAUTIFUL YARD AS WELL. I COULD EASILY LIVE HERE WITH MY BIG GERMAN SHEPHERD DAKOTA. THE ONLY THING I WOULD ADD WOULD BE STORM DOORS. A HOME LOOKS INCOMPLETE WITHOUT STORM DOORS, PLUS STORM DOORS BLOCK OUT DRAFTS AND SAVE THE INTERIOR DOOR FROM GETTING RUINED FROM THE ELEMENTS.❤❤👍👍👍
Oh, it is! I also like that the kitchen is a separate room, which creates some "space" There is good storage in the kitchen, with some extra in the laundry room. The one thing I wonder about, ... ... How do you keep the bath and shower drained? 😆😆😆🤣🤣😆😆😆 I NEVER SEE ANY DRAINS! 😛😛😛
Just at the front door so far. Love the entrance hall. The only thing I would do differently is to have the flooring from the bathroom come into the entry. So much easier to maintain and do much more durable in a high traffic, high dirt area. In the kitchen i would use that same tile in the cooking area. Eliminate the 2 barstools and adjust the dining area to hold a more flexible table. A 42 inch round wotks for 2. Add an 11 inch leaf and it seats 4 in comfort. Add a second leaf, seating for 6. Store the leaves under the Chesterfield in the living room whrn not needed. Extra chairs can be used as bed side chairs when not needed. Just finished the interior tour. Aside from the flooring choices and that minor change to the kitchen, I think this is honestly one of the nicest two bedroom small houses I have seen in a very long time indeed. Well done. Traffic flow is well thought out, air flow is well thought out. Lots of light, but also, privacy in the more personal spaces. Having the entrance hall makes all the difference. Absolutely wonderful. A home that would live larger than the footprint suggests.
This is an excellent plan. Starting with the entry with its hooks and bench, and the bathroom that guests would use discretely convenient, through the living room and into the spacious kitchen, this house has good flow. I don't like TVs over a fireplace, but at least it's low enough to be viewable without straining the neck. The kitchen has sufficient counter space, and with the dining table so close by I'd eliminate the stools. There are enough cabinets, including a tall one that could suffice as a pantry. The laundry room is an asset. Great layout!
This is a beautifully thought out plan. The areas all look spacious. I have a question about something I’m seeing on every house plan channel: Why is there a very shallow sink in the laundry area? I have been under the assumption that a sink located in the laundry area is for hand washing or soaking and those little sinks are of no use for either. Am I missing something? I realize that is something easily personalized, but I’m curious about this along with the massive vent hoods.
I am puzzled at the placing the couches at a side angle to the tv. I would not be able to watch. I have back and neck issues so sitting directly in front is the way to place a couch so I would be comfortable. Otherwise it is a beautiful house. I like that it is all on one floor. Wonderful layout. ❤️🌻❤️🧕🏼❤️ 8:03
I absolutely love this model! With a few small adjustments, it would be prefect for someone whom uses a walker. With even more small modifications to could be wheelchair accessible. I one think I really am an advocate for in under counter sinks, except the farm sink in the kitchen is great. They are easier to clean & reach. I would change the bathtub/shower in big bedroom to have a walk-in shower for mobility purposes. Thank you for showing this great model. 👍🩷🥰
When the living room is so small you don't have room to change your mind, the rest of the house doesn't matter. The living room is barely as wide as a sliding glass door and that wall can't be used at all for furniture, neither can the fireplace wall. You'd be lucky to seat four people in your living room. Dumbest idea to have the main room of the house be the smallest. There are two love seats, no way to even lay down and watch TV comfortably. STUPID!
If you invite people over to watch TV they'll all leave with sore necks because you have to crane your neck to one side no matter where you sit to see the TV. STUPID.
This is probably one of the best under 1,000 sq feet 2 bedroom plans I have seen
I would put a pocket door between foyer and living area to make it easier to hide whether or not someone is home from the front
Thank you. ❤️

😊 I think it perfect and cozy....
I love this place.
Beautiful
This is by far the nicest house I've seen. I'm a huge fan of the tiny homes.
Thank you so much!!!😄😄
Perfect 2 bedroom home👍👍

Great house ❤

Wow. I think this is the cutest little bungalow. And I love the layout of it too. Just perfect ❤
SIMPLESMENTE ENCANTADOR! PARABÉNS!
Love it!
Está vellesa está perfecta🌸🌿

Bien à vous!

Beautiful, charming house with gentle tones. The design is too delicate
Very nice layout. Would buy with a few minor tweets.
👍👍👏💯✅😎 Great job 🎉
Thank you.
Feel like the laundry room is in a cave😏
Beautiful and and how much of this house cost?
Ainda precisa de um lavabo😊 . WC nunca é demais.
There are two bathrooms.
How much would it cost in U.S.A. ?
The cost to build a small 2-bedroom home is $93,000 to $155,000.
I notice that none of these houses have hvac or hot water systems.
I wonder if these would be placed in the basement. Usually one story homes are sold with a basement.
I always see the TV is located above the fireplace. I don't think it is a good idea.
Thank you.
@@TMStudio68 It definitely isn't. Bad viewing angle, and the heat from the fireplace can damage the TV.
Maybe it's a fake fireplace
@@anacee If so, get rid of it.
I’m leaning toward not making a big tv the focal point in LR.

Perfect
Thank you.
Spazi ben distribuiti. Qui in Italia abbiamo tutti il bidet in bagno e qui manca..... peccato

I think these are minor adjustments that are pretty easy to be made
