    Start having food rich in vitamin C with iron rich sources as Vit C significantly boosts the iron absorption in the body.
    Ex- Pair Broccoli with Tomato
    Sauted spinach with a dash of lemon juice

    Black beans with cabbage
    Avoid taking Tea or Coffee along with the meals asTannins interfere with the iron absorption.
