One Million Story Books Launch

The purpose of the ONE MILLION STORYBOOKS Project is aimed to address the shortage of reading resources for pleasure in indigenous languages; to provide access to reading resources and maximize reach to all 9000 Primary Schools in 50% of circuits identified for support by the National Coalition. The ONE MILLION STORYBOOKS Project makes high quality Foundation Phase stories available in African languages and provides learners the opportunity to enjoy and improve their reading; provide training and guidance to teachers and parents on how to support reading and engagement with the stories.
