artichoke dip one of my favourites, looks so good I want to make this again for Valentine’s
What I do with any leafy greens is I fill my sink up with water ( a very clean sink) and I put the leaves in and swish them around pop them in a colander empty the water ( I pour it into a large pot for the garden) then I repeat and I pop them into my salad spinner and tadaarr nice clean dry leafy greens
I hold and spray my baking sheets/pans, serving dishes, etc., INSIDE my “dirty” sink, so I don’t have spray all over the counter/things ON the counter….✌🏼❤️

One of my favorite things to eat as an appetizer, can't just eat one, always one more bite and one more bite. I serve it with a bowl of salsa on the side for those who want it.

I would recommend cutting off the “stem end” of the artichoke hearts; as they are SUPER TOUGH, and hard to chew, even when cooked!! ✌🏼🙏🏻❤️

Love the ingredients in this recipe! Good point about using garlic or onion powder, rather than garlic salt, as some of the other ingredients are salty enough.

I think on the border makes the best chips. They also make some that are scoops too. You know your food for sure!
Get some small loaves of Pita Bread, pie cut them and lightly fry and flip in oil till both sides of wedges are light golden, these are amazing and addictive with dips.
I notice you toss a lot of your veggie waste. You should give it to your chickens as an extra treat. There are lists of things to feed your chickens and things you shouldn't on pintrest, or you could Google it. They would love those spinach stems😊
