Hey Kevin, I’ve become addicted to your videos. I especially like how you make RC cars a communal thing with your friends and fam and alway stress the fun of the hobby and you never take it seriously. I’ve subsequently purchased 4 RCs in the past three months and I want to jump them so bad. Only thing is that I’m afraid to break um since I wouldn’t know how to fix them. Do you have any advice??!!
Hey Marcel, thats epic :) Don't worry about fixing them, its all part of the hobby. When you take them apart just leave all the screws with the parts so you dont forget where they go. cheers :)

Hey Kevin I have been watching you for about a year and a half and you have inspired me to make a 23 foot long jump that is 8 feet two inches high. I am trying to beat the traxxas record. I am a welder and my boss is supplying me with the materials. I already have the frame welded but I am about to put the face on. I am going for 200 feet. Thanks for all the inspiration Kevin. Your are my favorite youtuber for sure.

Nitro brings soul to the hobby. I grew up with electric rc and jumped to nitro when I got into hobby grade. I just recently bought my first hobby grade electric car, but it'll never replace my nitro RCs. The sound, smell, and feel you get is something electric can never replace.
I recently got my Savage SS running after being out for 13 years and the sound of the new engine starting was so satisfying.
They sound and smell like ass

I like seeing your friend run the Nitro stuff. I like the Nitro vehicles. Give him a good one that has some stamina not that one he had. I have a Jato with RPM arms and it’s a beast. Or have him get a tough HoBao Nitro. They are bash able too!

if you get a good plattform and a good engine(i dont mean any mts i am talking truggys) it will cost just as much as an electric and spank its ass in every category.

Hey yo Kev i dont know if you know this or not but over here in the states its actually pretty rare to see a manual transmission nowadays, these kids dont know how or want to learn how to drive them anymore lol. Im a import technician so we specialize in BMW Mercedes and Porsche and i LOVE that so many of them still use a manual trans, its almost like a lost art over here. How is it in the UK?
I think most stuff is still manual here other than the high end cars
Please review a brushed ftx vantage it's a really good beginner hobby grade rc off road car that is 1/10 scale 4wd and goes roughly 30 mph
Had one of those they where the best out of that chasis line up
Smells good and the noise is epic. But you just cant beat a modern digital ESC and brushless engines powered with LIPO batteries. Man electronics have come a long way since i was a kid. I remember when electric RC's was seriously expensive and did not really work that well.

I ordered those Lipos from Banggood and they were supposed to be coming from China, but they are coming from Belgium. I dont know why they did that but whatever it take to get them I suppose.

Look again at the rear diff. My zd racing 9116 started clicking Like this and the rear diff was broken. You have to look closely because you can not see that nice that it is broken.

Flint Stones LOL, Kev a Redcat nitro car is on about 200 the starter kit is only 30 but it will get the car running just add fuel. They also do brushless and buggy and monter truck versions as well. (cheaper than baja at about a half of the price so please try one out i'm beggin ya!!!!!!!!!!

Whenever I use zop lipos they go into lvc within 20sec on any traxxas esc
Thats been My experience in nitro cars they run they break all in about a minute usually the rod or piston or both fail
I had a clicking noise on my xmaxx and it was a tiny piece of dirt on the little gear on slipper clutch
Well stempy was drivin it lol
