But I'm not paying attention to that. However, I do get the feeling that depending on how soon or how late you press A, you might receive Arceus as a shiny. Kinda like Mario Party but the dice has 4,096 sides

First of all, Arceus is not a he or a she since genders didn't exist when arceus appeared, nothing existed when arceus appeared

Why would need shiny locked are u drunk, u already own Arceus on pla, u need complete main quest on pla to get Arceus on bdsp
