I’m working in a large cover band that gigs 1-2 time a week. We are busy and have a lot of equipment, much of it is Behringer. We’ve done this for two years now, and literally nothing made by Behringer has broken, it all works beautifully and it’s affordable and has held out for two years on the road no problems with anything. Never would’ve said this two years ago, but I’m a big Beringer fan today.
Behringer is changing since the time where they were not making any synths. There is an evident trend toward more quality the last years, and the UB-XA is the best proof.
“So who said Behringer was a load of rubbish?” The people who’ve bought their products. Don’t get me wrong, I love the sound of my Model D, but every single thing I’ve bought from them has problems.
What I did in the past: Tell her a friend lend it to you. But you have to prepare your friend for her questions and make sure you pick one who won't spill out the truth. And if she find out at one day, buy her the nicest bouqet of flowers, invite her to a restaurant and say sorry (in that case, you must skip the next Behringer synth, which will cost the same).

Promise kept! I bought the full automotive size one, and I love (!!!) it. But for the upcoming synths, the PolyEight, Neptune, the BPG, having most as a desktop would be really good. A full size VS-80 might be nice though. All said and done, well done! Congratulations!!! Keep going!!!
You really should be adding built-in effects to your recreation analogue synths. The UB-X keyboard is huge, and to have to add more things to is is a PITA. Also, when I save a patch I want the effects to be saved WITH the patch. We are living in the 21st Century! The Deepmind is the only poly you guys have made to date that ticks most boxes.

I have no room for any more keyboards so this will be the next synth in my Behringer collection: Model D, 2x Neutron, DM12D, DM6, 2600 VCO, 112 Dual VCO, Brains, Victor, JT4000, Pro VS Mini, Pro-800, Blue Marvin, Kobol, Edge, Crave.
Some comments elsewhere about the display being red with with poor contrast but in the still shots on the Behringer site it's black and much easier to see onstage where lighting isn't ideal.
They are the ONLY company building affordable synths for the masses. Thank You Behringer!

I didn't realize until now - that I just needed a pair of running shoes and a good head start... to pull off a 5 octave jump with ease.
