This dude knows his shit in and out. This underlying philosophy applies to almost any surgery for sports related injuries that don’t require immediate intervention like an Achilles or acl. If you don’t fix what caused the injury, you’re bound to undo the repair. This is probably especially true for spine surgery. This dude is a gift to UA-cam, want to train w him one day
I really enjoy your fresh way of looking at how to fix imbalances. I’ve been lifting for 46 years, studying prehab, mobility, flexibility, and rehab for the last 15 years. Your channel is awesome! If you want to lift when your older, ya gotta put the time in to fix yourself as you age. Thank you so much for your content! I use a lot of your shoulder rehab, and of course, hitting that CRITICAL glute minimus! Many Blessings!!!
Excellent Zach, this is so right on and made it very clear that I am dealing with a major one-sided imbalance that manifests pain'/dysfunction in my low back illopsoas on the left. I was a right-sided softball player. I notice myself also favoring my right side and leaning to the left to support on something when standing. Will need to get with you again to regroup! Amazing stuff.
Incredible, working wonders for me, been a right power hitter for majority of my life, and developed serious imbalances that ended in injuries this is gold for me
Not sure if you'll see this, but did you happen to purchase one of the programs or just use this video? Fellow baseball player (including pitcher) all my life, and the imbalances he mention def hit home! Been trying to work on for years now.
I have week outer oblique. I gave up: Baseball and Golf because Ï felt imbalanced Basketball because Of small Rt inner knee ligament strain Also Because of Imbalance. I'm rt handed and jump off my left foot. Mountain biked for years to strengthen my knee. I can run again, love running. Been working on mobility Because of the knee injury But my 50 year old bunions have limited my fitness
I've een doing the oblique side reach from one of your older videos. I will add in the front one leg raise crunch. EDIT: did the one leg raise exercise yesterday and my abs are super sore today.
I don’t quite understand. Is the risk of a hernia greater in the strong side because it does most of the work when exercising or in the weak side, because it’s, well, weaker!?!
I have one side Lowe back pain(left side). I can feel my lower back muscle on the right side is smaller and weaker. When it comes to core, what side I need train more?
Hi coach, would you be able to do a video on how you would go about rehabilitation after a complete pectoral major tendon tear off the humerus? Have you worked with any athletes who have had this injury?
How Can I contact you for a video call. last football season I hurt my shoulder and it’s gotten better over time but I can still tell it’s not at 100% mobility
Any other erector isolation exercises ?! Without flexion ? I have a disc bulge so i should avoid flexion but need to strengthen erector without flexion posture

I’m a right footed kicker , with what I believe is a right core weakness which may have led to a right side inguinal hernia .
I thought he had a huge dingaling and it was a hernia, amazing video!!!!
I got the surgery and I can barely sit up straight for over an hour. I think I need to do rehab and these exercises
Are these on the app?
Right handed golfer. My right hip is higher than my left. My right leg is more comfortable in external rotation. This looks like it would help...?

What’s the best way to get in contact with you about training? Email? Socials?
Just look on the details of the video. My email is there. And then we can set up a time to talk :)

Impossible.
With the first excercise, is it normal to feel it in your psoas? Everytime I try to engage my lower rectus I feel the psoas turn on
Yes. Keep your leg higher in the air where u dont feel it.
