- Yams are a staple crop on the island of Grenada. Farmer James "Mike" Thomas of St. David's explains how to dig a yam bed and plant yams. He plants fancy yams, moonshine yam and early yam.

FarmingGrenada no I am living in Texas right now. I'm from the Carenage, but my mother lived in Westerhall right by Petit Bacay. Sorry if my spelling is incorrect.
Nice! I was down at Petit Bacay (bacolet??) just last week. Beautiful. We live right there now, about a twenty minute walk through the bush. Texas is a long way away - hope you make it back some time.
