I’m married and I can tell you. My wife gets turned on by service. When I do the dishes, before she ask, put out the garbage before she ask, give her a break from the kids. Put the laundry downstairs and make her life easy and not making her feel like she’s doing all the work and we’re working as one. She’s happy, I’m happy and she’s more in the mood to be intimate and I don’t have to ask.

@@HillbillyYEEHAA Dealing with people is EXHAUSTING Jesus, you know living with a woman full time AND kids, man I'd need time in my study, that part I do get about guys that want a quiet, submissive, mousy wife, but I'd just want someone with an inner strength who's simply not argumentative. Anyway yeah, that's kinda true, not everyone has a yard, you can tell just how much of the Pearl/Fresh/cringepill manosphere whatever is grifting undateable incels that refuse to put in the personal work, grievance politics, and how much is geared toward by and for the people that have a lot of acres and some New England property. Like, we don't all have a backyard in the Hamptons. So of course there's certain things that also get pushed as ideal.
It only matters if what she said is correct. Truth is truth even if spoken by a grifter or a liar. It is better if a person can forgive a cheating spouse, but it is also not required, because sexual immorality has been given as a justifiable reason for divorce. Instead, she prayed to God. It seems that God may have answered her prayers. Not the path I would take personally, but a person able to forgive is far more divine than a person able to sock it to their cheaters. The most innocent people among us have the ear of God. It is not wise to offend them for... [Exodus 20:5-6] "...I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments." Remember... the truth is the truth, regardless of the mouth speaking it. Regard that more... and less the person speaking them. We all spend too much time attacking each other rather than trying to understand where they come from and helping them improve.
My wife left my daughter and me to go move into with her secret boyfriend. Some women told me, "You still love her. You shouldn't divorce her." I divorced her and got custody of our child. Nobody is dealing with no spouse who leaves them to go be with their side person.
I agree with you , my husband and i have been faithful to each other however my cousin's husband left her 5 years ago and she used to believe, he will come back but he never did and she filed for divorce a year ago.
Who would even suggest waiting for your ex-wife? She made a selfish choice to pick her secret boyfriend over you and your daughter? I don't blame you for leaving! I hope you and your daughter are thriving
No cap man. There are certain gestures that make a person Special in our hearts. Once those things stop, that Special status fades away as well. My best wishes to you brother
I hope you and your daughter can live a happy life, you did the best thing for your daughter to not have that kind of influence and rejection surrounding your girl. My wife didn't like cooking and doing the laundry, but she loved taking care of the yard. I was the opposite. It took us a while to realize this, but when we did it made us both so much more compatible. I miss her every day.
The fact that both the red and blue pill communities attack these guys is what tells you that they're level headed and really thinking about things before they form an opinion
Or they sit on the fence about everything so it appeals to people who constantly think the 'balanced' approach is the cure-all for everything, when it's a fallacy. Very easy trap people constantly fall for.
My son and I recently got sick with a flu , husband called off work and took care of us (I'm also 9months pregnant) he told me to go to the room and rest , I napped for 2 hours and woke up to him carrying our son and mopping . Not her contradicting herself by saying people got divorce for real reasons like a mistress but gave an example of a married woman that stay with her husband after his sidechick died 😂
Lmao My parent moved to NY with less than $100 dollar bill between them in the 90s. Imagine them living by her bs back then. My mom staying home and dad going out to work. Pearl is either an idealist who thinks she can fix the world's problems or she grifting hard. And I guarantee you it's the latter.
As soon as someone says "this generation," they have lost the argument. Divorce laws before the 1970s were very strict. One went to court and had to prove to a judge that the marriage was irretrievably broken because of adultery, abuse, abandonment, etc. Couples lived apart for decades in the early 20th c because divorce was not possible, and they lived with their real loves in "illegal" and "adulterous" families.
I'd rather my parents split up then listen to them scream at each other every day. Staying in a marriage like that is more traumatizing for the kids than having 2 separate homes. If all my parents were doing was fighting for no reason then I would say yeah work it out. My father had every right to divorce my mother. She was lying, cheating and caused him to lose one of the best jobs he ever had. Apparently I was rich as a child and didn't even realize it because my mother was spending it on drugs. She made us lose our house, our vehicles and has mentally tortured my dad so much that he wouldn't even go shirtless in the pool because he was afraid someone would call him a ped. She would even tell people he hit her! So no they should not have stayed together.

"For better or for worse" means the better or worse that we face as a couple. The better or worse that life gives us...not the better or worse that you as my partner does to me. No ma'am. My husband should never be the source of the "worse" that I have to face in life.

We weren't even complaining about our husband's. We were talking about how pearl doesn't know anything about marriage and it shows. She thinks what a mom does is easy and a choice to be exhausted. While it's completely fine for the men to be exhausted by mowing a lawn. (I understand my husband gets tired and is hard working. So I make his life easier when he gets home. It doesn't invaild the mothers/wife exhaustion.)
@T. H. Lol I do a lot of that work too. I'm handy with a chainsaw and wood splitter (we work together on that), and I haven't bought spaghetti sauce (or squash, or beans, or peppers, or raspberries, or peas, or cucumbers etc) in two years because I have 200 feet of garden space and I grow for canning my own vegetables (that's ALL me), enough to feed our large family. I'll add my gardening and yardwork to the list of things I contribute.
I’ve known coworkers that were husbands/fathers that say they love coming to work it’s a break from home from their kids. I felt bad for their wives they said they only need to come to work that’s their job and that’s it.

Yes, for me living with my sibling meant that I was way more willing to split the chores and not check how evenly everything is split. If I see my brother tired, I do the stuff not even questioning who would be next to do it. With roommates: you clean everything one week - I'll clean everything the next.

As a married woman let me say this. Marriage is work…. It’s not supposed to be hard. You will go through hard times, however that is different then it being difficult to maintain and do.
Yeah, if marriage becomes hard, it's because the couple in it had stopped putting in the work well beforehand. Maintaining it is a lot easier than fixing it
This makes me believe that Pearls mom made her this way. It seems like her mom excused all of her dads bad behavior because he was rich and she didn't want to lose her meal ticket and status. She lied to herself and her kids. I can't imagine doing this to my children. Jesus. It is so sad. She likely had maid service and doesn't even realize how much work goes into the house.
She has 9 siblings right? Where the hell was she going with all of those damn kids? We see black women with a bunch of kids in the black community and they aren't sitting in some mansion. So it's one of those " once a woman is in that situation" with so many kids, she can't just say "ok I'm out". She's SUPER STUCK.
My husband works 12-16 hour days. His longest day was 22 hours. No joke. We have our own trucking company out in the oilfield. I do all the books, dealing with vendors we pay for maintenance and so on. Basically the office side of the business. He does little to no house work because he's exhausted when he gets home. I insisted on this dynamic because I recognize my job in our dynamic is less demanding. I work out of the home office so I am already here. So every couples dynamic needs to be based in some reality based on their situation. I know woman who don't work, don't clean the house, want the man to do it all when he's home from work. lay around on FB all day and sleep till noon every day. That dynamic is toxic because it's not teamwork.😊
@Jake-bt3fc it's oilfield..they aren't roads the public uses or accesses. It's road to and from oil wells and fracking locations. It's actually standard in the oil industry. The long days are when a particular new well site or frack location is having flow back, excess water production, and EPA regulations require all that flow back water be hauled off and disposed of at a proper disposal location. It's ironic because trucking industry standards are completely different for long-haul commercial drivers, but government regs have literally forced the oilfield to not have those standard hour restrictions.
She really is a child. I was married for 15 years. I waited until marriage to have s3x, was a stay at home mom, never asked for any help, I fixed things that broke, took care of the kids, and was just happy i got to stay home and raise my kids. I had kids quickly, if the kids were sick i didn’t sleep, ai would be exhausted and never had any help, if we went to the beach as a family I would still be expected to take care of the kids, make a meal, and clean everything up…even though we just had the same day. Every day he took two hours to go exercise, by the time i got the kids to bed and was done for the night he would show up. He liked that i was in a situation that he had power over me. he later had some addiction problems and mental health problems and i still bent over backwards for him to be healthy. My mom would tell me all the time how proud she was of me for working so hard to stay married. I was taught to not divorce. I was his ride or died. Ink no look back and am grateful i didn’t totally destroy myself as a person. don’t underestimate how toxic it can be for one’s mental health to be married to some people.
It sounds like you did everything you could to make it work. My view is that's all anybody can ask of us. If you're putting in 100%, if the other person isn't willing to do what they can do, too, then eventually when it falls apart, you know who to blame. A marriage takes two people actually trying and showing up. One person can't carry the whole thing.
Holy. My wife is a stay at home mom for 1 year behind both of our kids. While i do take gym time, i put our daughter to bed, i chase her around for play time, rub her back some nights because of her long day chasing a kid being draining and her being pregnant, i bathe our daughter more nights than her maybe 5 to 2 sometimes 6 to 1, I try to minimize how much she cooks because shes my wife not my maid, and i take the family on a trip annually. I feel bad your husband didnt care for so long. You dont have to be ran into the grown simply because youre a stay at home mom. With my first born i got up everytime she got up to feed. Its a damn team. Yikes
Yes, this can happen. It's much more difficult to understand than people let on. Because all relationship advice for girls seems to come from one extreme of just be a homemaker, to the other extreme of strong, independent, toxic, and fundamentally single. I recommend vetting your male interests through other guys. 🤷
I had a friend in highschool, his parents almost didn't talk to each other. I used to go to his house often and when they were home, it was heavy. He grew up in that environment and he was always a sad kid. When he finished college at 24 yo, his parents got divorced. They told him they didn't do it before for him, because they didn't want to split the family and they were waiting for him to grow up. I remember that day... we went out and he got drunk, at the end of the night he just cried his eyes out. He told me their parents got divorced, but that wasn't the problem, he felt responsible for their parents being stuck in an unhappy marriage because of him. That was the problem. He always knew they were miserable, he just didn't know it was because of him. All that shaped the person he is today. He's 38 and doesn't believe in marriage and doesn't want kids. Kids know something is wrong even if you don't tell them. Just like my friend always knew his parents hated each other. Kids live in the same house as their parents and they will suffer the consequences of a miserable marriage as well. I personally think staying in a miserable marriage because of your kids is a recipe for disaster. It's not good for kids to live in a toxic evironment. If Pearl thinks this is ok, she's not gonna be a good mother.
Got married at 23 my wife was 21 years old at the time. We moved to study in another country. We've been married for 5 years now and I can say confidently that filling my part in terms of chores and even doing the dishes always when she cooks a meal for us has made our marriage and sex life stronger.
I keep trying to tell my boys the same thing. My wife is still young looking, fun, and vibrant after having 2 kids for me. My mother made us all help around the house daily and I saw my father help my Mother. So it’s normal for me. My parents still date each other and joke around in cute ways. I pray we grow old together and stay young in each others eyes. We are a team. There have been times when I made a lot more than her and then after she finished her studies she started making more than me. It has not been a problem for the most part. In fact I would say that O had to adjust my mindset a bit when she stayed home with the kids early in our marriage because I feel into a bit of a trap thinking I had rights to to come and go as I please & left her a lot with the kids to go hang with my friends. I’m glad though that she finally said something to me because O honestly just kind of feel into this sense of entitlement. She was exhausted, isolated, and felt like what made her uniquely her was disappearing. When u marry smart women from education backgrounds they will want their own personal accomplishments outside of just having our kids. They had passions before they met us that we were attracted too. It’s funny how easy we expect them to disregard them after marriage. My early 20’s self ego had to get a check from my Dad. I’m glad I snapped out of it. 20’yrs later she still looks at me like a super hero man. Meanwhile a lot of my friends wives look haggard. They turned their wives into mules. Then spark is out of their eyes. Smh.
It’s because women feels exhausted being depended on for every little thing. Not only that, marriage is a partnership, both are parents, so why would one do all of the work of the house hold alone? Men who don’t want to actually help raise a family are the ones bitching about doing chores and never getting their dick sucked lol
I've been married for 9 years and I pay all the bills in my house, and cook 3 days a week, and fix cars, and the house... My dick doesn't get hard for a lazy woman.

Yuuup! My husband and I don’t have a washer and dryer right now so I have to go to the laundromat to do laundry. I love doing laundry, it’s my favorite chore, but I always tell him when I’m going to go so he can get everything he needs washed into the hamper. When I get home and my husband has all of the bags packed for me and helps me load them into my car, he gets rewarded lol. He doesn’t need to do that for me, but we both have “acts of service” as a love language, so he likes to do that for me.
Comparing a romantic relationship and marriage to growing up with siblings is insane. It's clear she's never lived with anyone or been in a serious relationship as an adult. So weird.
Its a breeze living with my siblings because we were all trained bought up the same when it comes to doing house hold stuff, we can all cook clean and do outdoor stuff. Some room mates where much better than others, but there are still some who were selfish and lazy.

I’m constantly doing something, whether it’s diapers, dishes, preparing food, sanitizing bottles, pumping, cleaning up after the toddler, etc. I don’t get to clock out. My husband will get home, I will give him his food that I made, he will relax a bit and then he will get up and start helping me. and because he helps me, we get stuff done faster, we put the kids to sleep faster, and I have time at the end of the night and energy to spend time with him. Otherwise, if I was doing it all by myself, I would be so exhausted by the end of the night, I would just want to sleep.

Tell your bf to pick a side, it's either teamwork with another working person, or he can go find a traditional girl/housewife, but that means she won't be paying bills and he will have to work hard, earn x2 and pay for everything. No split bills whatsoever.

It's crazy how Pearl basically said divorcing over lack of help is childish, cause that's what marriage is also about, helping each other out. Help out with the chores, help with the kids, help with bills and etc. How are you gonna look at people who get no help from their spouse and call them selfish? Last I checked marriage isn't a solo gig, it's a team effort.
Depends - is their a child involved?? If people can leave a marriage and split their kid's family it's a super selfish act. People take marriage way too lightly and refuse to acknowledge both the risks and responsibilities attached when they have kids.
@kaynyne9 I just watched a video of a woman getting choked by her husband while their baby was in her arms....you telling me she shouldn't leave? My best friend's mom has been married for over twenty years, her husband molested my bestfriend from the age of four until she was twelve and blamed her. Fastforward to the present and my bf's mom and one of her little brothers are strung out on drugs because dad laced a joint and smoked it with his wife and child.....but mom is so selfless because she chose her crackhead husband over her kids right? Marriage and divorce are never black and white and I've seen too many instances of a man ruining his family behind drugs and random women ( my father included) so unless you'd be willing to allow your wife to do everything stated above without leaving her then it's best you think before you speak.
Bro, it's the same people who preach that a relationship should be 100/100,but they don't really know what 100 means. I bet they only believe that it only means paying the bills ffs. Then what happens, you grow distant and disconnected and communication dwindles. Then what happens, you both have resentment now towards each other. Why? All cause you needed help!
As a woman, who grew up with 6 siblings, 9 in total if you count my parents, I legit balled out laughing at Pearl's roommate comparison! 😆 There is a HUGE difference with living with people you've been with your whole life (who you're taught unconditionally love you) versus roommates with a completely different set of lived experiences, ideals, values and personalities than you. And as a married woman with an amazing husband, Pearl is the most hilarious grifter ever. All I can think about is that old adage: "Don't give pearls to swine." Pearl think she a pearl, when in reality she's one of them snorters from Spirited Away. 🐷
I had exactly pearly‘s mindset 7 years ago. Where did it get me? To a man that not only disrespected my thoughts and emotions as a woman but also cheated on me with multiple women through our whole relationship. Where am I now? 29 separated with a 1 year old son. My heart hurts, my soul hurts and I learned one important lesson: if someone disrespects you, it doesn’t matter if woman or man: You leave. You leave before it’s too late…
You learn from the past and become stronger. You become wiser, setting an example of strength for your child. When your child has roadblocks in the future, you’ll have valuable advice to impart, because you lived through things. You came out better on the other side.
Sorry to hear that sis , just focus on you and you’re baby and u still have plenty time to find the right man that would treat u better than you ever imagined! They’re out there and hard to find but if you a good woman it won’t be hard ❤
I have 8 siblings, we all grew up in the same house. I can attest that living with my siblings was vastly different than when I left for college had to live with people outside my family. Family just understands and gets you, we're as a complete stranger does not and most times won't care either. It takes alot of adjustment and compromise when living with a stranger, I've literally lost EVERY friendship I had after we lived together and it was honestly for the best. You don't know someone till you live with them.
I'm someone who doesn't like staying with people, I like being in my own space. The first roommates I had were so grating that I was always in my friends' room. I only came back to sleep and sometimes I slept in their room.
Naahh... Living together and being social with people are two different things. I can confidently say that i can make good friends but i wouldn't wanna live with them in the same house for extended periods of time.
Living together is a relationship killer, for all relationships, even non-romantic. I lived with maybe 8 people in my life and ended up resenting all but 2 of them. I feel like keeping the common areas clean and keeping noise down at night should be enough to live with someone but man, some people are so fucking weird. I had a roommate flip out because I had a friend cut my hair in my bathroom and I swept it up and cleaned it to look good as new and he didn't even use that bathroom and he was freaking out about it. Some people are just very hard to love lol
@@VioletIsBulletproof my hubby had a stipluation that we HAVE to live together for a year before he'll propose. We were compatibile ;) On the other hand I gained a best friend while living together, and we were living in one room XDD
The thing I find ironic about the Christian relative story is that even though she doesn't believe in divorce, cheating is considered an acceptable excuse for getting divorced according to the Bible 😂
When I was in High School mom told me this story of how she knew this couple who were high school sweethearts and couldn’t wait to get married after they graduated and so they did, they supposedly didn’t last 3 months in their marriage because of bad bathroom habits and chores being dumped on the wife while they both worked jobs to sustain themselves while in university. This always taught me you’ve gotta pull your own weight because love is bitter when your other half starts resenting you.
They should of lived together first. You just described two enthusiastic lustful kids getting married not mature adults (maturity can come at any age but not all high school sweethearts have the maturity for marriage at 18)
Same thing happened to a couple friends of mine. They were also high school sweethearts. Me, another friend, and the couple all went to the same university. The dorms were coed, but obviously, males and females didn't share rooms. My two male friends lived in the same room together and they also had awful bedroom habits. Next year, I dropped that university to go to a different one back home, but I get an invite to the wedding 3 years later. My other buddy and I called that shit SO FAST. "It's not gonna last." Next year, they divorced. Guy was incredibly immature and silly. Might have been fine in high school, but he didn't really grow up.
My wife and I have been married for 9 months, and I know it's not long but recently I was unemployed for a month. But I ALWAYS made sure our house was clean, cooked, made sure she was ok and the whole time she supported me through the hard time I was going through. That being said JustPearlyThings don't know a thing about marriage, let alone know about living with someone, PERIOD.
We’ll be married 5 years in December. I lost my finance job in 2021 and haven’t found steady work since. I made sure my wife hasn’t had to cook or clean or do laundry since. She leaves for work with a full meal and comes home to dinner. And that’s on top of me job hunting and studying for different work certifications. We don’t have kids so at least that isn’t something we have to deal with right now.
Been with my wife for 11yrs. Been married 5 of those 11yrs. The only reason why we've lasted this long is because we allow one another to be leaned on when needed. You know.....we help each other. It's not hard. You can tell when your significant other needs help as they should be able to tell when you need it. We never ask each other what we can't provide ourselves. (I.e we both cook, clean etc.) Damn this conversation is old af. Lol

Curious, did u live with her before marrying her? Was she always like this? Im always mindblown that people find out after marriage how bad their partner is. Some of it is cuz partners change over time, or relationship dynamics change, but i think another chunk of it must be religious - marriage before living together.
I'm sure you will make a better decision ans rwalise all the red flags were there before you got married. Best of luck. You will find someone that appreciates you. My ex was an alcoholic who eventually stopped working and lived in a cycle of binge drinking followed by a week or 2 of sobriety. It got to the point where I was doing EVERYTHING around the house, so I decided to to leave. I figured that I could live alone and do everything and not have to deal with the merry-go-round that was THAT life. When I talked with my pastor about how guilty I felt about breaking my vows, he said it takes both people to keep the vows in a marriage. You're correct when you talk about the exhaustion from doing all the chores, but there is also resentment that you start to feel because you are the only one participating in the household. That also takes a toll on the relationship.
@Bill Clinton umm, he drank himself to death 6 months later. If you think the only reason I left him is because of "the chores" you're an idiot. I left because of the abuse and the fact that he loved the alcohol more than he me or our marriage. You may want to get out from behind your computer and meet a REAL woman so you can see what life is really like before you comment on someone else's life.
@@far7rom The ex was a non-working alcoholic, nothing to appreciate there. And there is a difference between doing chores for 1 person or for 2, one of which is a dead weight and a leech.
@Bill Clinton this is slow. No one choose a alcoholic. In most cases 99% of the folks anyone married doesn’t start of as heavy drinkers, job abandoners, drug addicts, beaters, etc. some like me had arranged marriages with various levels of success. So you don’t know much about how they live daily like that. Some folks are great and some are absolute slobs or decide to become one once they get married as they see it as not their job to help even if she works. Just because one chooses at the time doesn’t mean one has to stay attached for life. Business partnerships dissolve all the time when one is on breach of contract. We leave our jobs if they don’t met our expectations and they will let us go for any number of reasons. It’s absolutely ridiculous for anyone to expect a person to stay for life if the other party has decided to neglect, alienate, abuse, or cheat on their spouses. That’s no longer a partnership.
@Bill Clinton you don't know me or my late/ex husband. I hope you enjoy sitting behind a keyboard judging people. As for me, I know who I am and what I've done with my life. Have a blessed day!
I’m 24 and I’ve already lived with 2 significant others, and let me tell you… going along with Pearl’s mentality of “it’s not what can they do for me, but what can I do for them” is the most toxic and unhealthy mindset you could adopt. Because neglecting yourself in a relationship is just as bad as being neglected by your partner. I would work 13-14 hour nights, and come home and take care of our baby afterwards. I would sleep only 4 hours every day. Meanwhile she would sleep around 12 hours a day and STILL ask me to help her with the baby when I was awake. And you know what I told myself? “It’s my family, I NEED to do this for them”. And I felt so proud of myself. But that lets them get comfortable and lazy and slacking and eventually once they’re actually required to do work, they won’t. She ended up leaving me because I “held her back”, because she ended up having to also get a job to support our family. Focus on yourself just as much as you focus on the relationship, cuz at the end of the day, when you die? You die alone
Wow that was completely unfair and the fact that you kept a positive attitude about it all respect to you. I'm not the type of woman the mother of your child is but I wish more men were like you in that regard. If I had gotten sick like covid or something then I'd ask you to look after our baby or someone else step in to help because you have my back 150% and a man like that I'd definitely will match his energy for sure because that kind of person doesn't come easy everyday.
Sorry to hear that bro, I would say you have to keep your SO accountable for their sake aswell as yours.. Always speak your mind, because if you can't, you are with the wrong person. Best of luck to you my bro❤️🙏
There's a healthy balance of taking care of yourself and taking care of your spouse That's the point of marriage Don't get married if you're not willing to make sacrifices
I don't support pearl but here, you're a man and your ex(?) is the kind of woman pearl speaks against. She wasn't doing 50/50 with you, she wasn't doing chores (I believe?). But again, I don't agree with pearl here that you shouldn't have divorced. There are relationships that don't work but there's no gain without sacrifices and it should apply to both sides
She even mentions that the study she cites is from the early 90s, so the data is over 30 years old, and in those 30 years marriage has changed a whole lot. I wonder what her take on domestic violence and marriage is? Would she advocate for someone staying in an abusive relationship? Especially if the abuser is gaslighting their spouse, like every time they hurt them its followed by a bunch of apologies and crying.
Sat here thinking about the same thing. I left a horrible relationship behind far to late. I did not want to “give up” so instead I suffered for around 10 years. Divorce is not failure. And telling ppl that is dangerous. Rather get out than staying and to long beeing hurt and miserable.
Of course she will advocate for women to stay in physically abusive marriages. "Just don't tick him off! He comes home from work and you piss him off so obviously he'll get angry and beat you. Women are so dumb"- pearly will say. But then she'll become a huge advocate for male victims of domestic abuse "women are so abusive! Men need help and must divorce her to get away from the abuse" Pearly is a hypocrite through and through. She condones abuse for women but not men because pearly is selling the idea to her naive male audience that women are sooo beneath men that it's okay for women to be abused but not men.
I was married to an abuser. He never lifted a finger to me in anger, but he abused me in every way, including physically.... He just didn't do it in anger, so the light bulb wouldn't turn on. I have ZERO regrets for escaping & seeking/finalizing the divorce!!! And anyone trying to shame me for doing so is also abusive! Period!
@Jack Eagleeye I have a diagnosis of depression with psychotic features. The symptoms are definitely not a choice, but we definitely can choose to not sit in our circumstances, understand how to self regulate our mental health/brain heath, do our own research, and find personal strategies that work to combat depression.
I’m glad to say that at some point, I learned from my husband to differentiate whom to take advice from. Never take advice from people who have no experience or failed from that thing you are asking about. Don’t get marriage advice from people who have had failed marriages, don’t ask for financial advice from someone who isn’t financially stable etc. Don’t listen to those who don’t practice what they preach.
To be fair, I was homeless and decided to work harder and better myself. Took a few years but now I'm in a stable part of my life. But I see what you mean.
As an actual married man... I can tell you the difference between helping around the house versus not helping around the house. The difference is that not helping around the house made my wife and I completely miserable together. Helping around the house makes our marriage and love between the two of us amazing every day. So, @JustPearlyThings, I can tell you first hand the importance of chores in a marriage. Maybe if you talked about something you have some actual experience in, maybe people might respond better to your videos.
She never said chores are not important in a marriage. She is simply saying it's best to look for a solution as a couple just like you and your wife decided to do so, rather than just divorce.

[Exodus 20:5-6] "...I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments."
Remember... the truth is the truth, regardless of the mouth speaking it. Regard that more... and less the person speaking them. We all spend too much time attacking each other rather than trying to understand where they come from and helping them improve.

That is what you learn in high school writing, use up-to-date research.
I hope it will never happen 😔 because you can't make someone stay in a marriage especially if it's a toxic marriage
@Viens Piens didn’t she said talk and try the fix the problem? That sounds like the opposite of what you’re saying

@@bulletgirl2005 Same here. I used to hope my parents would divorce because their marriage was so toxic. Not really
"For better or for worse" means the better or worse that we face as a couple. The better or worse that life gives us...not the better or worse that you as my partner does to me. No ma'am. My husband should never be the source of the "worse" that I have to face in life.

Thank you for your validation.

Do you think it's easy lugging laundry up and down stairs while pregnant? Chasing a 2 year old around that refuses to put a diaper on? Making dinner every day?
We weren't even complaining about our husband's. We were talking about how pearl doesn't know anything about marriage and it shows. She thinks what a mom does is easy and a choice to be exhausted. While it's completely fine for the men to be exhausted by mowing a lawn. (I understand my husband gets tired and is hard working. So I make his life easier when he gets home. It doesn't invaild the mothers/wife exhaustion.)
@T. H. Lol I do a lot of that work too.
I think Pearl is feigned. She is doing all that just to grow her following.
She said once in an interview her mom was the rich guy and she found him when he was struggling
@@GoddessBlueYozakura7 Her husband was and is a millionaire. She would have made out with the mansion, half the money, and her dignity.
Exactly. Why didn't her mom strip the house, bank accounts and take off with the kids like you would have done?
How is that even legal? Is it because it's not on real roads? Tell your husband to go to bed, he's a liability driving around for 22 hours.
Ask your husband to not be a hazard to society
@Jake-bt3fc it's oilfield..they aren't roads the public uses or accesses. It's road to and from oil wells and fracking locations. It's actually standard in the oil industry. The long days are when a particular new well site or frack location is having flow back, excess water production, and EPA regulations require all that flow back water be hauled off and disposed of at a proper disposal location. It's ironic because trucking industry standards are completely different for long-haul commercial drivers, but government regs have literally forced the oilfield to not have those standard hour restrictions.
@Shuviiiuuuuu youd be addressing the entire oilfield industry rofl 🤣
I wanna see this girl actually be in a relationship where she's doing everything for a couple years and still say this.

Thanks for sharing. It's a heartfelt and sincere statement

As a person married for 19 years and having a daughter… marriage is teamwork with commitment. It’s not always easy, but chores are important.
my husband works eight hours a day. But we have a two-year-old and a newborn, so I’m up all night, and I’m always the last one to sleep.

I ended a relationship because she would never do her part. She never worked, never cleaned, and never cooked. I did all of it. We talked about it repeatedly. She was a great person and all, but the stress of doing all the work to keep it going wore me down. Thankfully we weren't married, because it would have ended in divorce.
I’m dealing with that with my bf. We share all the bills yet I do 99% of the housework. I’ve talked to him multiple times, but problem is his family agrees that I should do it all and that he’s a traditional man.
Tell that to the females who break homes but weren't paying for shit 🤣
Numbers do not lie
Ok. Don't know what you were going for there.

@Bill Clinton yeah. That's pretty much what I said.

Especially if the abuser is gaslighting their spouse, like every time they hurt them its followed by a bunch of apologies and crying.
Duh she'll say "Just stay with them"
Sat here thinking about the same thing.
Men need help and must divorce her to get away from the abuse"
Pearly is a hypocrite through and through. She condones abuse for women but not men because pearly is selling the idea to her naive male audience that women are sooo beneath men that it's okay for women to be abused but not men.

Thats how my older brother thinks to. Fucking grates on me every god damn time he says shit like that.
I absolutely love when married men and women come and refute her delusional claims.
Second this. When my husband his cleaning up it gets me in a good mood...we fight less.
She never said chores are not important in a marriage. She is simply saying it's best to look for a solution as a couple just like you and your wife decided to do so, rather than just divorce.
@@truereality7407 Do you think people immediately just resort to divorce? You can talk to some folks until you’re blue in the face they still will not change.
@@RashonWill Yes, these days people immediately resort to divorce even for the most frivolous things. Most people already have mindset of divorcing even before they get married. All these explains why rate of divorces keeps getting worse.
Pearl seems like the type of roommate that messy but when her roommate asks her to clean up, she responded by saying that if the roommate has a problem with how messy it is, she should just clean it up instead of asking Pearl to do it.
Unwed woman tries to talk about not believing in divorce yet is not settled down by the age of 24.
How do those two things correlate? Not believing in divorce and not being married by 24??
Don't forget the argumentative, carrier orientated, and not a virgin.
Like they said in the last video dudes only support her cause she spots the same bs they want to here, but yet are getting scammed and to stupid to realize.
@@salineaddict9850 I think the point OP is trying to get across is that Pearl is already talking about a stance she has regarding marriage, yet she hasn't even had any experience being married yet. She has a pretty hardcore stance on something she hasn't gone through.
@@cmf1402 yet aba isn't married himself or has a gf yet criticizes married couples.
@@salineaddict9850 She has no real life experience about marriage really is in person, not even long term relationship, while Preach already married for years. She is echo chambering.
Beside, irl, people changed, and though you don't believe in divorce, your partner/spouse could changed their heart, or even gaslit you from the beginning, pretending to be someone they aren't, just to get you.
She is making a lot of theories, and most of the times theory based by no real experiences just useless bs that won't fix any irl problems. Even scientific method should based by a real life research or experiments before making a theory or summaries.
