Love the outside and the interior floor plan. I am not particularly a fan of the modern decor and would love to see this sme home in a more traditional decorative style. Amazing, I want it!
Great design! I love the private -out of sight, balconies off of each bedroom. It would be nice to have a dumbwaiter worked in for the romantic outdoor kitchen upstairs as well as a central laundry shoot for the bedrooms. This is definitely a keeper!
Worth commenting on because this is an interesting design. I especially love the upstairs private balcony areas. The only negative for me at least worth mentioning I think is, the notion of an upstairs balcony barbecue area. It's not practical for a few reasons. I'd go for a patio extension out from the kitchen dining area for barbecues. I think I'd also maybe have the stair case a little more open, rather than attempting to create a 'walled off' rooms look with it. I'd possibly even try to use materials that'd make the stairs look like they're almost not even there, so to speak. That said, overall, a very appealing floor plan.

I would only change the big stairs in the middle of the room. It makes the 1st floor seem small and tight.
