    To join unconnected parts of a head, try selecting all the vertices, then Merge By Distance, gradually increasing the distance until you get the result you want

    I just spent 6ish hours kit-bashing with boolean alone. Separate by loose parts could save me so much time.

    love your content bro, also I believe you can use booleans with other objects like spheres or cubes for filling a hollow model.

      I appreciate it man! I THINK my video "how to split models in blender" should do that. It's using the knife tool. Then you just export the objects separately, support, and then print!
