The "Ask your mom to tell you a story" tip could be renamed to "Ask your PARENTS to tell you a story". I wanted to go ask my mom for a story she could tell me but she wasn't home, so I asked my dad instead. It was a really fun, bonding experience! I got to learn about his school life and what school used to look like.

In my opinion, these videos are just superior. Like, there is ONE video you made that absolutely, irreversibly changed me. With 14 I lived in the basement to be alone, like I had dinner with my parents but... that was basically it. I was watching youtube on my Wii U Gamepad (cause the Wifi didnt work on my phone), just some bullshit like Powerscaling n shit. Suddenly, a video is recommended. Its name? Full guide to being a teenager. I completed all the practical steps. I made a list. I started lifting. I started playing volleyball. It genuinely, in my opinion, is the one thing that permanently changed me from a depressed, lousy, lazy, weird teenager into someone different. It is, in my humble opinion... the best video you made and maybe, for me, the best on UA-cam. Thank you for that Hamza.

Im 18 i was on these red pill content creators, and i give a life lesson: go get sunlight and enjoy life. 13 is too young to see this bs.
I was 16 when this becomed a thing, and i wasted these 2 years, worrying about lookmaxxing and having more testosterone than others, it turns out i had more testosterone yes, but i had serious problems in socializing and i was lost. I have friends who dont have any father and they are just as masculine as me.
So my advice is spend less time in internet and more with you friends and family, even if you don't like spending time with your family, spend it: family is important.
Go have new hobbies and dont go to the gym for now, you will look basic af, and you want to be diferent from others, your personality is like your DNA

I was at the children's section in the hospital and next section is the diarrhea section which have clinically identified patients with diarrhea. Some days after admitting, because of my cockiness, I ended up running across that section couple of times. After that day I was also clinically diagnosed with diarrhea too. So my mother spend extra week with me in that section of the hospital.

So I asked my mum to share a story of me when I was younger and she said one of her favourite memories was when I used to have spicy food when I was 2-3 I used to say “This food is too spiky” because it felt like little prickles on my tongue. Talking about the memory made us both smile a lot and was a nice thing to do since she just got home from a hard day at work. It’s a great idea and really did boost my happiness as well as hers. Take action on the steps that hamza suggests, if it works then keep doing it, if not don’t stress over it just find something else that does work.

yes elder brother hamza, i went to my mom and asked her to say a story about me while i was younger even me i said her the things i knew about me but she was said that we had xyz problems in our family and she said about how bad were her brother as always i some how distracted her from saying that and made her happy by saying some stupid stuff that i used to when was younger and later brought some fruits and candys for her and now feels a bit more happier and me too
and i could relate to of the sentence that you took in this video (act like and enthusiast to be an enthusiast - Dale carnegie )

The last section hit hard because it sounds a lot like my life. Honestly, I don't know where I got the courage at the time, but I did defy my father at every turn at 18. I lied and hid information so many times to get what I wanted, and escape from the toxic environment at home. For a long time, I was constantly criticised. But eventually the outcomes were better than anyone expected, and credit to my father, he accepted and acknowledged my wins when they came instead of getting egotistical about it. Sometimes you just have to prove people wrong, plain and simple.

The "fake a smile" Method works like a fucking charm!!!
I just did a pull day workout with a happy real smile, the aura around me was ap fucking positive and everyone was smiling back!! I'll consider today as the best workout session I've had!! Ducking love the tactic and I'm definitely going to use is everytime from now on!!

Story time: so I went up to my mom asked her a story of me and she started with saying I used to play this game on a phone about fish and I fed them or moved them from fishing bowls. I was probably 3 or 4. One day we were at my grandma’s house and there was a bucket of water and I put my phone in it because I wanted the fish to come out the phone into the bucket. We were both laughing and it brought up my mood. This really did make me feel happy and was really fun and it literally took like 30 seconds to do
