In 2023, I was struggling on nofap but I had that state like where I was watching zero shit content, andi
I used to watch you basically regularly and other good UA-camrs and podcasters. My attention span was really really good back then.. But this year, I started falling back. I started watching reels and stuff, useless entertainment on UA-cam. And now, these days, my attention span (I really think) has gone low and also I think I stay more hooked to more hyper edited videos.. This video was an eye opener. Now, the problem of masturbating is gone as I am reaching the 2 month goal (I don't count) , but now I'll also try to bring that sate of watching zero% bs content. And I'll have few episodes of some anime or series on Sunday after a productive week. This video was eye opener. Thank you hamza ❤

Tried it myself and it does not remove the brain fog completely, but it does reduce it drastically. Works well with fruits too.

Another important habit to keep in mind when trying to fix your focus is fixing your sleep. If you sleep 12 hours every day you may think that since you get a lot of sleep your sleep doesn't have any problem but there isore to that. A few days ago, I had taken a surgery in the teeth and because of the extreme pain I could not sleep at night which messed up my sleeping schedule and I can notice the amount of brain fog that I had, even though I was sleeping for 10-12 hours, so make sure to sleep at the same time every day, and wake up at about the same time every day. If you want to wake up at the same time, do not make the mistake of waking up by using an alarm (unless you can not avoid it because of having to wake up to go to school or work). That way you will get less sleep and the alarm is going to disturb your sleep which is bad, especially if you wake up while you are taking a deep sleep (yes there is such thing as a deep sleep. If you are interestedto know more about that then search about it!). So if you do not wake up at the exact minute every day that is not a problem, just try to not wake up layer or earlier, than an hour or an hour and a half! Also, sleeping at night is important. If you sleep during the day and you are awake the night then body is not going to be able to produce the right hormones for you because nature designed your body in a way to need to sleep at night and if you go against that then you will experience brain fog even if you are doing everything else correctly. If you have implemented my advice and Hamza's but you are still suffering from brain fog, there is a good chance that you need to take pills so go and talk about that with your personal doctor.

I believe that your problem is you are trying too hard or not trying at all. If you are trying too hard you are most likely getting some over analysis of what to do and when you fuck up you put yourself back in square one, which ultimately is where you started. Or you are doing nothing and consuming content to feel like you are doing something. The best tip I can give is stop consuming this content. Yes, stop watching Hamza for like at least a month and don't do " the best thing possible". Just go and do what you need to do. Hell you said it yourself, you already know what to do. Maybe you have some bad habits still, but at least you are doing one thing better, and never forget it is much easier to go from 60 to 120 than it is from 0 to 60. Don't over analyze, but also don't sit around doing nothing such as waiting for the next day or just watching a bunch of content on how to be better.

Take care of your health guys. I let mine go a little, and then covid knocked me down hard because I was already vulnerable. It starts with eating right. Greeting from Germany. I've been on a low carb diet for a long time and daily gym routine forever and only consume long content like this. Still barely able to concentrate in my programmer job because it feels just totally meaningless, like I'm selling my work hours to produce something I don't care about at all. The 2.6k a month that I get from it is still more than I ever could have hoped for, it's like 3x of my monthly expenses.
So I just try to do anything while being almost bored to death on most days, but I could't just turn down this pay. I tried my own online businesses before but it mostly caused huge debt from copyright claims and stress from uncertainty about the future, so I don't know if it's still the right path to pursue. I surely can't do this office job forever, but for now I'm just trying to maintain. Never thought that such a large amount of money after many years of studying would bring so little happyness. The time I spend in the gym is still the highlight of every day, same as when I was broke. I wonder if I have to try harder or just take things away that are blocking my progress.

Hamza, is it okay if I massively reduce fiids like rice and bread and replace them with vegtables instead of going for a no carb diet? I'm still through puberty so I need alot of vegtables

I think that some people do better on higher carbs and lower fats or higher fats and lower carbs. For me, my energy and ability to focus increases after I have high carb, low fat, high protein meal. In my opinion, this comes from experimentong with what works with you 🥰

Hey Hamza, great vid, as always. However, I have advice for you and your videomaker: I think that it would be better if you inserted the subtitles directly on UA-cam, so that we can hide them. I have difficulty to stay focused on you without been captured by the subtitles, I feel like I have ADHD 😅

I completely agree with you bro, I know how it feels to have no/low carbs, but my parents wont allow it. I live in a house where my parents make the food, and I pretty much get what I get, I wouldn’t be allowed to make my own meals.
    Anyonehave any advice for this?

Yo Hamza I just saw that you deleted those recent community posts. I just want to say don’t let those degenerates decide what content you post - post the content YOU want to post. You’ve always stayed unfiltered and genuine and that’s what got you to where you are today.
