Not gonna lie the first time I saw Samus snap like that I got fucking jump scared, I never expected her to scream and let alone stab Raven Beak’s eye with her damn hand like that.
I lost my sh*t when I saw Samus finally become a Metroid. This game was done well.
ADAM "Dont worry Lady. The odds of the planet being destroyed on this mission are slim to none."
Samus "Not if i have anything to say about it."
At this point it's like a punch card. She trying to win a prize for most planets blown up?
Random civilization: We have made democracy! We will never fall!

She killed raven beak because he's evil ravenbeak is prob where Samus managed to do some of the thing

8:38 out of all the fights Samus was in she was FURIOUS in this one her rage in this scene was CRAZY!
My first time seeing it, I got scared af. Tbh that scream went so long, and the fact that the scene was cutting away outside, then back to the screaming unnerved me even more. I was truly blown away with the ending

And the most scary thing: Metroids goes through multiple stages. Her humanoid form could be her larval form now...
Chozo human metroid hybrid now. Truly the most unique humanoid certainly and more than likely now going to be hunted extremely aggressively due to her having dna that could be cloned.

Basically Samus received Metroid DNA in order to survive the X-Parasite (specifically the dna of the Baby Metroid)
The reason it worked is that the metroid were made by the chozo to be the X parasite's predator.

This fight kicked my ass like nothing else on my first playthrough. I loved learning the pattern, but it took quite a while.

1. If your dna was replaced with that of another species, you’d, probably die within days, or break out in tumors, then die..
2. This robots seems like a generic robot enemy from every modern piece of media, and not the super cool, smart robot boss from the original games. I guess the idea was it was fake, but she didn’t know that, which means it was acting in accordance with what she thought the robot would say.
You should read the comics to get a better understanding about who Samus "is"
