I know, my theory is that the bad ending releases the third version of her from this universe, that is, we contemplate the three versions, the human, the protagonist, and the Goddess. The heron that belongs to the Narrator will prevent the protagonist and the Goddess from leaving the world, only the human one, since I don't know what kind of world this is, if it's a world of dreams/nightmares, if it's another dimension, the Narrator won't let this power leave. And that's why only the human one managed to leave! Have you ever imagined if she could take the other two forms to her world?
@@itapuan35the protagonist is a male by the way. the heron is it's own entity not the narrator's in fact it's the most powerful being in this world as even the narrators(yes there is more than one) are weaker than base Nento let alone his final form or our savior form(the MC's second form)and monster from. Lastly this world is real and the narrators are some kind of guardians that keep it in check bu not allowing protagonists like Antar(the MC) and Nento become too powerful that they can kill thier own narrators and destroy the world.the heron only helped the narrators for free out of it's own mercy to them and the world it could have just left them to die

mixing puzzles and fast paced combat to make a boss fight is genius, the art style is genius, the story seems genius. the devs of this game are really something. edit: and the creature designs? this some biblical shit
I wish I knew. Apparently all this crap keeps happening because an author just keeps repeating the story. The good ending has the author throwing his book skywards and…. the game kinda ends there.
@@Archivist-Meme Sounds like the point is reaching a sort of Nirvana then. The cycles and story end. But then, I'm currently coming from a game that deals much more blatantly with those themes, so it’s fresh on my mind
Here for research as a game dev, honestly that first boss was painful to watch. Why open your game with a boss like THAT? Later I saw the rhino guy (Marmot) is actually a good guy, and the donkey guy (Nento) is actually the bad guy, but from a technical standpoint that's still a horrible boss design.
The first boss has more build-up and is clear than Nento isn't a good person beforehand (since you play as Antar through the first two levels before that boss), it's just that a boss compilation usually isn't going to include excess story scenes that aren't directly tied to the fight itself.
I don't think the narrative was all that confusing from what I saw? You seem to be basically tasked to escape a loop of fighting pretty much and staying your human self, judging by the ending.
I did note in the description that "no damage" is only applicable to the sections where you control Nento or have the savior power active. You can be damaged in those sections.
You ever click one of these all bosses videos with no context and just watch through it like "I wonder what the hell is going on"? This one for sure.
Dude, I know right? I have no idea what this game is, never heard of it.
@@rokva5771me either but it’s enjoyable to watch boss kills in any game
the mysterious fights were top notch
Ya I do the same thing with the hentai tag on the hub. No context I just strap in for the ride!
Fr looks like a good game too
This game has some awesome aesthetics and unique bosses, it looks pretty fun, also cool video.
The spectral reaver chase is definitely inspired by the lighthouse crab from castlevania: order of ecclesia
It was the hardest boss for me.
This really needs more attention, artstyle is fantastic.
Definitely, the art alone is really good but it's a pretty fun game if you like puzzle platformers.
But animations 🫥🫥🫥
The art style drew me. I wondered how gameplay would be
What a horrifying game. Sometimes having no context about the plot of the game make this experience even better or worse
This seems like a horrifying drug trip, but I can't deny the brilliance of the art that came out of that.

Never ever heard of this game but enjoyed watching this like every other UA-cam video boss fight game I've never heard of.
Only learned about this games existence from this video, gonna go look more in depth into the story. The narrator character peaked my curiosity.
It`s so beautiful, a can`t even imagine such a fiction.

Great visuals. Each boss fight could have been a little less repetitive though.

The art style made me think that there was no way the devs weren't European but turns out Empty Head is a Cuban studio
The way the bell swordman dies is funny 😂😂😂
Why am I here
Why did I watch this
And why am I more confused then before I pressed on this video

Same artist as sunderred?
Not sure, I've seen some of Sundered by never played and not sure who did the art for it.
Se ve chulo, a ver si lo pruebo.

The visuals are beautiful and the gameplay looks pretty unique, but yeah...nonsensical, confusing narrative =/= brilliance.

But this only showing the boss battles, how do you know it's confusing or nonsensical?
De que carajo trata este juego?
Translation:
What the hell is this game about?
Saying no damage is kind of redundant because if you take damage you die. I've just completed the game 100%. It was decent, maybe 7/10 for me
I did note in the description that "no damage" is only applicable to the sections where you control Nento or have the savior power active. You can be damaged in those sections.
The game doesn’t seem or look that hard
It isn't particularly difficult and death is a slap on the wrist.
imagine what the wonderful Cuban people could do without the US criminal embargo
Hollow Knight in Russia/Finland
