Thank you so much. I have just found you and am now binge watching. You have just made me realise what I needed to know in what to do with my gardening flowers that i raised from seed last year ans now, forevermore. I love gardening but art is my very first love, and also bookbinding. Now i know how to combine the three. ❤❤❤❤
I am learning so much but still struggling with liking my creattive results. Thanks for the encouragement and tips. It all helps to overcome the anxiety of achieving.
The struggle is real for most artists…the biggest thing is to not give up! It really is a process of learning and discovery. Thanks so much for watching 😊🌿🫐
Thank you so much for all your tips. Anxiety with creating thats me! I was born into a business family and pushed my creativeness away so I was not me for a long time. Now that I finally have the time and less pressure I know how important it is that I do create everyday. Like you I feel that I have wasted the day if I do not create and its very unfullfilling. When I do I create feel like I am me again. So I get what you are saying. Creativeness in my family was discouraged. Now I am creating every day because as you mentioned its what I want to do and I am much happier doing that as a person. Thank You for sharing.
You’re welcome and thanks so much for watching! Appreciate you sharing your thoughts AND art + business can go VERY well together 😊. Glad you are being creative now and enjoying it so much 🫐🌿🌸
Thank you so much. The words you expressed today about being comfortable in your own skin, creatively as well as in all other areas of your life, really resonate with me. Particularly today. X
You are so welcome! So glad if you felt encouraged to make art…it’s such an amazing experience to create and I hope continue to make your own beautiful art! 😊🫐🌿
What a beautiful page and great tips. My dad was always interested in my art. He would drop by our house just to see my latest artwork. He passed away 2 years ago. I really miss him.
Very thought-provoking tips! I agree it is important to create in an environment that inspires you or is relaxing so ideas can flow. I like to light a candle, brew a cup of tea and have relaxing jazz music on low. It helps!
wonderful, all the different berry colors that you found. you had a little different technique for each one, blending the colors and highlighting them. Thanks for sharing.
I actually started a nature journal, thanks to you. Right now it is just a few medicinal herbs. I have a long way to go. I kind of did it backwards but it is started, lol.
Some great advice here, I want to reestablish a regular sketchbook/journal/drawing practise (at the moment I just colour other people’s drawings in adult colouring books after years of drawing and watercolours) but I am missing creating my own drawings. You make some really good points I need to remember, regards, Jackie
O I enjoyed watching this so much ❤ thank you for All your beautiful video’s, the Work you put into making them and the advice you are giving in it. It helps me a lot. For me getting started is always a difficult moment. I have enough ideas, but just get the sketching done or the first paint on the paper. Pfff. Greetings & blessings...😊 p.s...journal page is absolutely beautiful!
Thank you! Yes, getting started on paper can be half the battle! Hope you keep on making art…it’s so rewarding once we get past all the negative thoughts! Thank you for watching! 😊🫐🌿
@@AnnaGuerrier-r9o Thanks so much! Appreciate your support 😊 The fountain pen is linked in the description…it’s a very fine point Pilot pen. Hope that helps!🌿🫐
@ No worries! You can only find the description if you are watching on a computer, IPad, Kindle or Smartphone. When you click on the video…look at the writing underneath and you should see the word, “more” Click on that area and the writing will expand so you can find all my information. In case that doesn’t work, the pen is a Pilot Penmanship in a fine point. You can search for it on Amazon or JetPens.com. 😊
I am doing a small art journal and using micron pens and watercolor but am fining my pen marks are bleeding some. I am not seeing that in your pages. Do I need to wait longer before adding watercolor? I love you art journey and your what to do and not do videos. Just started watching your channel so I am sure I will enjoy them all. Thank you
Wonderful! So glad you like the video😊 If you are working on watercolor paper then you may want to wait for a little bit to add your watercolors…hope this helps😀🌿
