Great, creative recipe!! I use a gallon ziploc bag too for making fatties. Saw John from Masterbuilt use that method. Perfect when you need the meat pressed out thin. Looked so delicious. Thanks for sharing😃
Weber Kettle Club, I stuff mine with anything. Mac N Cheese is a favorite. ua-cam.com/video/kVG-CIigHQU/v-deo.html. Cuban Fatty probably second favorite. Now that I have a Weber kettle and the Slow N Sear, can't wait to try one out using it.
Hi Troy.. I've been jonesing lately for something cranberry and turkey.. And it's Troy to the rescue.. Love all your vid's and I can't wait to go shopping for the fatty ingredients.. All the best..
Dang, that turned out perfect. I appreciate the effort you put into researching these recipes. I should do that more so I don't look like a "dip-terd." Great info, brother.
Yet another great recipe Troy. Thank you plenty I bought a fatty tray yesterday (ie a stanless grill tray) that i have to give a go soon. No turkey here, but i will come up with something i am sure :)
The sauce mostly remains. Some of the liquid from the sauce is absorbed into the dry stuffing, so the stuffing takes on cranberry flavor as well as turkey/pork flavoring. In previous cooks I tried cooking the stuffing first (meh) as well as adding butter on the inside FOR the stuffing to absorb (good, but not as good as just cranberry + dry stuffing mix)
Great channel love the video - happy to be a new fan of your fantastic channel , hope you enjoy mine as much as I am enjoying yours ? Let’s keep active and connected ?

Thanks Lasse! I'm curious to know more about this 'fatty tray'!
Weber Kettle Club Nothing special really. But i saw it and thought it would be perfect. Might be wrong hehe. Time will tell if i am out on a limb :)
Nice cook! Kinda curious what happens to the sauce you put in the center. Does it end up mostly in the stuffing or the meat?
The sauce mostly remains. Some of the liquid from the sauce is absorbed into the dry stuffing, so the stuffing takes on cranberry flavor as well as turkey/pork flavoring. Good to know, thanks!
