  • This dish can be prepared using just one ingredient - potatoes! It will become a favorite of children. You can eat it on its own or use it as a side dish for any meal.
    Grate the potatoes. You can also grate one onion for flavor and to prevent the potatoes from darkening. Place the grated potatoes in a sieve and press down to help remove excess liquid. Allow the liquid to sit for a few minutes so that the starch settles at the bottom. The starch will help bind the potatoes, eliminating the need for eggs or flour. Drain the liquid, leaving the starch in the bowl, and add the potatoes and salt to taste. Heat a skillet, coat the bottom with oil, and shape the potato pancakes. Fry on both sides until golden brown at a temperature higher than medium.
    Potatoes - 2.2 lbs (1 kg)
    Salt to taste
    Oil - 1.7 fl oz (50 ml)
    For the sauce, you can prepare it with sour cream or plain yogurt. I prefer sour cream.
    Sour cream - 4 tablespoons
    Salt to taste
    Chopped fresh dill

      I spent 1.5 hours today washing and cutting veggies and fruits for a juice I’m making soon. That was boooooring but if I want a fresh juice, it has to be done
