How To Make French Fries At Home ! Super Crispy And Very Delicious.
Potato Recipes | Cooking Beo's.
Where There Are Delicious And Easy Recipes.
Ingredient :
Potatoes : 500 G.
Corn Flour: 2 Tbsp.
Cheese Powder : 1 Tbsp.
Chili powder : 1 Tsp.
* Boiled chopped potatoes for 3 minutes.
* Soak in cold water.
* Cooking oil is hot at 140°C.
* Fry 3 minutes with the first time.
* Let the potatoes cool completely.
* Fry 3 minutes a second time.
* Shake well the cheese powder and flour to absorb into the potatoes.
