Buy Me a Coffee is the best way to support the channel. I will prioritize requests from donations first! www.buymeacoffee.com/rightman...
YOU MADE THE STANK-FACE RIGHT WHEN YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO MAKE THE STANK-FACE.
Hahaha :D Glad I didn't disappoint!
Opeth - Moon above Sun below Will blow your mind!
Thanks--on the list!
You really have got to listen to this song multiple times to really feel the build-up. This is one of the best songs of Opeth. But there are a lot more you have to listen to. An under appreciated song of them is Moonlapse Vertigo. So much layers. So well structured and a fantastic mix of growling and clean vocals. Cheers 🍺
Yeah, Moonlapse Vertigo is underrated off that album, so is White Cluster
Okay, I hear you! I'll have to spend some more time with it.
10:36 the drumm this part Is insane
No lies detected!
Opeth=Movies
That's an amazingly succinct way of putting it!
I definitely appreciate the reaction, and Zitronenparty is so wonderful to have requested and dedicated to me. My heart is full.
I'm rarely into knowing lyrics. If the music moves me, then I'm happy, and Opeth definitely moves me. ❤
🔥🔥❤Opeth❤🔥🔥
I hear this. There are many songs I've listened to for years and never bothered to catch all the lyrics. :D

Haha, the reaction didn't disappoint. Gotta say, Hessian Peel and Lotus Eater are probably the proggiest Opeth ever got in their metal songs (and the full-on prog is coming right after this album).
A quick note on lyrical analysis: Don't try to glean a concrete story from Watershed, there isn't really one. It is not technically a concept album and while I'd argue it can be read as such in terms of coherent lyrical and musical motifs and atmospherics, it is pretty vague. The coherence here is more about theme and mood, not so much a clearly laid out plot.
Fair enough. I like trying to "figure things out," but music often doesn't quite work that way huh?
Great reaction! The backword lyrics may be some sort of Led Zeppelin tribute as Stairway to Heaven have some simular lyrics if played backwards.
Thank you!! That makes sense. LZ does have a lot of weird stuff. Hahaha
The song is about Mikaels girlfriend who committed suicide I think.
Now please do Baying of the Hounds Studio version
, probably my favorite along with Amen Corner.
Oh wow, that is dark...
Baying of the Hounds is up now! Thank you!
@@RightManWrongPlace The song about his ex girlfriend who committed suicide is actually Burden from the same album. It's more of a «power ballad» kind of song and its really a great one ! The whole album is great haha
@@alexandremarchand8815 He Said in Blabbermouth 3 songs on the album is inspired but that event;
Åkerfeldt: In a way they are, but some of those songs you're referring to - like "Hessian Peel" [and] "Hex Omega" - they were inspired by a [former] girlfriend who committed suicide while I was in the studio. ... She had a son who was the same age as my oldest daughter, so it was a pretty big source of inspiration to me to write about that; I ended up writing three songs.
