I have been running two of them for a while now. Can't complain about them especially considering the price. They lived through a sever thunderstorm that poured over 6 inches of rain in as many hours. The app isn't the best with the videos but that is no big deal as I rather use pics anyway. The sensor is amazing. I will pick up deer much further away than any other camera I have ever owned. Ease of use is amazing. My aging father can even use these. All you have to do is switch it on. Battery life has been very good as well. These have a threaded female port on bottom which is a key feature for me. I hang my cameras high to prevent theft, and it is a pain to securely angle cameras that won't accept adjustable tree mounts.
I'm definitely picking up a couple of these, I've also heard that they send pictures really well even with a weak signal. I have places where I hunt where the signal will definitely be weak.
Thanks for the video brother. I don't hunt but I'm building a cabin in NC and last week a bear walked past my truck while I was only 50 feet away, so I am looking for a camera just to get photos of the bear and deer that walk through my land.
I hope they work better than the Moultrie Mobile Base. I bought 3 of them last week and they wouldn't connect because of my SD cards. If you're going to require a standard, hard to find now days SD card then they should include them in with the camera's. But sent them back and bought 3 of the Edge. Should be here tomorrow.
@@clxverz404 I have 3 Edges and love them. They work great and as advertised. I was worried our signal wouldn't be good enough to send pictures but they do. All 3 cameras signals say "Weak" but they still get pictures out. I would definitely recommend. Now if the deer would just start moving more....
The only problem is the trigger speed. I hope in the future Moultrie will use these same cameras with a faster trigger speed. I wouldn’t care if the price went up. The app and setup of my Moultrie delta is so easy. Another issue is you have to pay for each camera a subscription. Maybe Moultrie will have a cuddielink system with a fast trigger speed.
I was intrigued until I found out you can’t get photos off of it without a cellular data plan. So if you wanted to pay for service for a couple months around hunting season, and then just use it locally in your yard the rest of the year just for fun, you can’t unless you pay them year-round. Stupid. If you could download over a Bluetooth or WiFi connection or a USB cable, it’d be a winner, but locking you into paying full-time even when you have physical access is a no-go.
@@erokjenkins You can get a month-to-month plan, but the camera is a paperweight if the plan isn’t active, whereas any other camera still works as a camera without a plan, just without cellular connectivity.

Nice to know now I can give some customer insight on this camera when they ask about at academy 😀 thanks for the info 👊🎣

I’ve got one too. Constantly messing with my feeders.
And , if you do not operate a touchscreen "smart" phone ?
Computer.

My edges are working good so far. Good luck with yours.
How do you like the edges?

👍👍👍👍
These cameras miss a lot of pictures of animal just a few feet away. Barely better than a spypoint.
They r junk

They don’t offer month to month? Just yearly plans?

@@TonyYarusso pretty sure SPYPOINT is same isn’t it?
