Marcus King deserves attention, he's one of the younger generation carrying the torch of good rock/blues. This makes me happy!
He was just 17 when he performed at the Christmas pre jam in Asheville. He had a baby face, but when he opened his mouth and started ripping on his guitar, he took my breath away! He is also an activist for mental health. He IS phenomenal 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
Saw him open for Chris Stapleton and it was so unbelievable I’m seeing him in may again! Definitely see him if u get the chance to

He comes by it honestly. His dad was legendary musician in the south and beyond. It’s in his DNA. The kid is the real deal.
Everyone needs to remember that people are still out there like this. People need to turn the radio off and surf unknown artists.
By searching is literally how I found a lot of artist I had no idea of. I just happen to tune into the TV show tonight show with Jimmy. I normally don’t watch just cause I’m sleeping or whatever and it was meant to be when I listened to Marcus King and that song Delilah oh my gosh I was like on it. He is awesome. He is so mellow humble, I’m looking forward to more of his music. I have listened to the Delilah song that he had played over and over and over and over and over 1 million times. He is definitely a wonderful musician writer artist I am so happy I watched that show that night 2024.❤

He’s one of a kind. He’s also a very kind and loving person. And I agree with you. Marcus is the real deal. He’s been playing guitar longer than he can even remember. If you get the chance to see him live, don’t pass it up. He’s what people like Kid Rock and Hank Junior wish they were.

I remember seeing him playing at Norman’s guitar shop in a video in 2014 and I started following since then. I’ve seen this guy live 3 times. First time at Stubbs in Austin, then jazz fest in NOLA and the Aztec in San Antonio. About to see him again in Chicago.
I feel proud to see him at this point knowing him since almost day one.

I always wanted to see him live and managed to get a ticket here in Ireland sold out gig i went on my own and i was happiest man leaving that venue going back home . You won't regret, such a talent, so so much talent he will climb high i never doubted.

Saw him at a local festival last summer. Was absolutely blown away. Bought tix to a show in Madison this year and can’t wait for the new album to drop. Soooo freaking talented.

Still don’t get the whole thing of recording albums without his band…then touring them WITH the band.
I've been a fan since 2017 and haven't been feeling the last two albums but this song gives me hope this record will bring back his blues sound and less of that honky tonk. I fell in love with his blues rock and I've missed it.
