By waching this video I realized that I do this all.the.time, and it's not on purpose, but because I'm a really anxious person (mostly in social situations) so I'm always touching myself (like rubbing my arms, legs or hands, touching my hair, caressing my neck or jawline, etc.). It kind of comforts me and helps me relax a little when I'm in public.

The right undertone will optically dismish spots, color of the vein, etc., just like make up. Im winter, sheer and pale colors make me look yellow/green and my hands look dirty.

If you wear a necklace, cross one arm while the other arm is upright with your hand playing with your necklace. Gently glide your fingers back and forth grazing your collar bone.
If you don't wear necklaces, twiddle your earlobes.
Cross your arms and gently rub your forearms.
Cross your legs and wear shoes that you can dangle over your toes as you sway your legs back and forth. Not in a crazy frantic way. More in a smooth soothing way. Doesn't have to be long drawn out leg swings. It could be gentle, short swings or just your ankles twirling. If your at a table doing this, have a pen or pencil between your lips while you are reading or while you appear to be deep in thought.
One last one that I can think of. If its a bit chilly, cross your legs and place both hands, while pressed together, in between your thighs to make it seem like you are trying to get warm.
