Have owned same saw for several years. Decent saw but the chain keeps coming off no matter how I adjust it. Have gotten really fast at getting chain back on.

I love my Kobalt 80-volt - 5ah battery - 10" Bar - 6 ft / 8ft foot Pole Saw. I have been using it for more than 3 years now. It works great on my southeast Louisiana farm clearing property that a hurricane went through and trashed all the trees in the woods of our 20-acre farm. Today I'll be cutting a 6-inch limb off of a tree out front.

D. E. Hewlett1 second agoI have watched several videos on this pole saw. No one has shown the inside of the cover. Where does the black rubber seal go. It fell out when I took the cover off and diagram doesn't help to show where is goes. Can anybody help? Thanks, Dan

I just bought one of these and it's not pumping oil. The chain oiling system seems to be the weak link on these saws.

I see this video is old but for all those like me who find this video, the oiler is run by a worm gear inside the housing. Sometimes people find a plastic tube broke inside while others have to adjust the worm gear so its closer to the bigger gear. There are videos on how to do it .

I Just bought it last week and hate this kind of pole saw because I just made it tight and cut about 5 mn, then the chain became loose again, the way to adjust it either tight or loose is suck because it couldn't stay tight for long...
