Hi everyone! So sorry for the quality of this video, but I was testing out my new camera. I am not sure why it recorded the video like this, but I did not have much time to be able to re-record it. Hopefully next video I make with it will be much better quality! I hope you guys enjoy! Comment down below if you guys have any other video requests for me!

I find this tutorial very helpful! So glad you acknowledged the fact that putting the free leg in front while power-pulling is challenging for beginning skaters, :) I find your method more doable for me at this time. Could you also do a FI3 tutorial and maybe sequence steps for beginners level pls?

I wish I’d seen this months ago. I’ve finally figured out how to do them forwards and backwards, and this would have surely saved me so much time. It’s an excellent tutorial.

This is an excellent tutorial! My coaches have taught me power pulls with the leg extended and they are sooo difficult! You will be a great coach, if you aren't already :)

I like your step-by-step instructions! I've been practicing power pulls but still couldn't quite get that "pull" feel. I'll try your steps when I get on the ice!
The audio in your videos is always clear even when you're away from the camera. Do you mind sharing what you use for recording the audio? I'd like to record my coach's voice during my sessions with her so I could hear her better.

This helped a lot! What kinds of practice outfits do you recommend to wear, specifically tops?
