Lovely Homestead property adding valve. Yes, very important point of adverse possession. In good housekeeping practices, I learned the standards of the company's products, as listed in policies, when reurned in their respective departments.👩🌾👨🌾 I enjoyed learning how to apply these techniques and standards in my own homestead. Also, the animals enjoy the fact you're an adult and equally show the right amount of assertiveness & is exactly what they need in their lives! PLANET MOJO, You're all a light in a dark world, thanks ENJOYED watching 🤗😼💪👍👀
Hi Lorna! Adverse possession is quite a tricky situation! We plan to clearly mark the boundary, then charge $1.00 rent on the land they are using just so that we have a record of things.
easements and servitude usually transfer with property, so a contract is the best way to avoid the easement and servitude with neighbors that are encroaching but that is dependent on the state you're in. adverse possession usually takes 30 years, so the quicker you get on identifying encroachments the better.
Well then you're in luck novanut! The cats are in most of the videos -- mostly Mazie. I just took a very long with Mazie a couple of weeks ago and that is the first video in the list: Cat and I Walk to the Corner of the Woods -- ua-cam.com/video/m4rDe2QA9wQ/v-deo.html Prairie Restoration w/ Cat [Hand Seeding 2020] -- ua-cam.com/video/UrvfbNANPOU/v-deo.html Hacking, Squirting, Seeding, Spraying, Shoveling, and Stalking Cat -- ua-cam.com/video/VRBFHUA4gJI/v-deo.html Protecting the Bur Oaks ― Cat Stalking Me in the Vineyard -- ua-cam.com/video/WoMXmYs7Jt0/v-deo.html And the playlist: Mazie the Cat -- ua-cam.com/video/lwLY0t6sOhQ/v-deo.html Enjoy!
Mostly partial cans but a good amount is primer for the containers. My daughter likes to go rummaging then paint things so a huge amount is from her. If it were me there would only be primer, black, and fluorescent ground marking orange 😉
You know that pipe, the one that's sticking about 2 ft out of the ground, and measures about 5' off from what you say it's supposed to be? Yeah, the one at 9:29. Well, that pipe just may have been dug out of the ground during construction and stuck back in he ground by someone just guessing where it was supposed to be. You might want to hire a land surveyor to come in to verify the monuments and mark out your lines, especially if there's a potential boundary issue, like an encroachment and use by others
John Mac...good point (see what I did there, LOL). That pipe may have been disturbed, it may be off by that far depending on the surveyor and the equipment, it just can be so many different things, that it's best to get a surveyor out there.
@@michaelopry3456 , Yup, and being off 5' in 78' makes me think that there's something wrong with that pipe. And it sticking somewhat crooked out of the ground kind of confirms that it could be in the wrong location. It's location needs to be checked and confirmed before assuming it's good.

The world is not dark. Rather, they start wars for their own interests

Thanks Michael! 😊
Some states, it's 20 years. Others 15 or 10, or even less.

I do not see the pin that you are trying to find with your metal detector.
Who tf disliked this in the first hour?!?!? #haters
There is someone out there that will dislike anything. It makes you wonder what they do like! 😜
Maybe it was by accident because it is gone now... 🤷♀️
@@drue4574 -- That's weird. Maybe the shaming by Luciano worked 😉

What's the brand and model of the metal detector?
I'm not sure. I'll take a look tomorrow...
