Mine is intermittent and when the button stops working I have to slam the door a bit and then it jolts something and let’s me roll it down or up just fine

It is possible that one of the wires that run from the car to the door through the rubber flexible tube is broken. Check that first.
Do you think the soldering will hold up? Vibration and movement make that weaken.
