The iSteady X Vlogger Kit comes with a bluetooth lapel microphone, which in my opinion makes this gimbal superior to others on the market. That microphone seems to be very good. I wish I'd known it was available in a special kit, before I ordered my iSteady X from Amazon, that does not come with the mike. Your presentation is good and useful. The Hohem Pro application uses up a lot of data in downloading and playing the instructional videos on the camera does also. Best to watch those online with your computer.

Just watched your video - so impressed I purchased one. For your info it does not ship with the wireless mic anymore. I hope it can handle the weight of the Note 20 Ultra & the units interface will work with it but I guess I'll find out tomorrow. Thanks for a great tutorial.

That was a great video on how to work this device. I looked at another guys first, and he just confused me, yours, right to the point. Good job. Pretty amazing that a device so cheap does such a nice job. Do you know if its possible to adapt a go pro to the holder? Not a huge deal because my go pro has stabilization built in, but not if you are shooting 4k at 60fps and this device's software does not look to support 4k, my phone does so I had to use the phone app to shoot the 4K

Hi,,,may i ask if you connect the microphone to your phone via bluetooth,,,how is the bluetooth connection of the gimbal to your phone? Is it possible that 2 device can connected to your phone?
Have you checked if all the manual locks are working because in model hohem X2 there is a big issue of locking the gimbal manually. These locks just act as stopper only.

As I have watched the results of the Gimbal is pretty good.
But do you think this Gimbal is as good as Zhiyun smooth4 or the new Dji OM4
because they are recommended by many.
I used Zhiyun smooth4 but the only con is that, I can't plug in the external mic if I am Vlogging. That's why I want to buy a new Gimbal just to meet the requirement which is using the external mic.
Please help me out choosing the right one according to your experiences.

Hi! Thanks for this video! I just purchased the isteady gimbal, as I wanted to get started in vlogging. Unfortunately, Amazon had a deal on the one without the mic & I didn’t realize they had another one with this option. So…I need a mic it sounds like. I’m clueless with these…can I use any brand Bluetooth lav mic? Hohem is selling theirs individually for $99.00 which is not going to happen on my budget. 😭 Thank you for any feedback & recs you can provide!

The mic is now $139 alone, kind of a scam to package it like this for reviewers who sing it's praise at $60 altogether

Hi, i am a new user of gimbal. i have this hohem isteady x2. i have a problem with it not following where i want the camera to go. if i am panning from left to right for example, it starts snooth but stays in left. i want it to literally go where i am facing it. can you please help? thank you!

You must have missed that part but he did mention Aircon being used what the photo/camera app that comes with your smart phone and you pretty much I believe could use it with any photo video app it doesn’t have to be the one that’s meant for this gamble but you know I am sure there are certain things that maybe you could only deal with that app I don’t know
When I turn on the gimball, the joystick starts spinning. When I grasp it. it stops. Will this harm the motor? Just got this gimbal.

Hello man. In my hohem app i can only select 30fps.. How to get 60fps? Im using android phone.
depends on the android phone you use. if you are unable to find 60fps in the settings, your phone is probably incapable of filming at the frame rate.

The kit is still listed as available on the hohem website, but it's $139.00 At that price, to me it seems to be a questionable value.
The white one was on sale yesterday in the amazon app for $55 USD but regular price has been $70 since it came out.
Both phone and gimbal MUST be fully charged before bluetooth pairing.
Not just for iPhone, are you getting commission from them.
Did you try it with wide angle camera?? Didn't the gimbal appear in the video?
No. The motor is angled so as not to appear on video.

No there was a blog video blogging kit and that’s why if you Google does gamble you find a lot of people talking about the kit. I mean I’m looking at people videos about that gamble and some of them were earliest was like November December of last year so this kid some point not too long after people posted those videos about the kit the video blogging kids they apparently no longer sell it it’s a strange I’ve watched like two or three videos so far Becky sure I made the right decision on buying this gamble and they were all talking about a video blog in Kit. It was a kit for people who video blog and it came with a microphone the gimbal a few other things that I didn’t know I thought maybe the one I got was the kit and I went onto Amazon right bought it and read the whole description nothing about that so now I got to figure out what microphone it is because I’m probably gonna need one

When you’re advertising it you might want to clarify that you have the kit version because that’s the one that they no longer sell so you need to let people know that and Also let people know the items that came in the kit if you can buy those separately give them the model number because we want the microphone but their kit there was a blogging kit kit that no longer is no longer exist like you can’t buy the Campbell was like the microphone and all the stuff to be ready to blog that’s no longer a thing I googled it and couldn’t find it anywhere so I would love if you could tell me what the microphone is. Because you’re talking about this like it comes with all that stuff technically it only does if you buy the kit by itself it actually doesn’t come with that so you might want to clarify that for people because people think it comes with that
Does not work with new iphone pro max 12. Also, the app camera is horrible in low light. You get bad Vertical stripes on video and pics.

I got one of these for Christmas. It's a piece of shit. It won't stay on even when I unlock all the motors as advised. And when it does stay on it just doesn't work even though it's connected to bluetooth. Piece of shit.
