Just bought 2 of these at auction and your video was so helpful. I already had a Brothers brand label maker and the 2 are quite similar but the Demo is much newer. Liking all the updated symbols such as your "keyboard". Thanks for the informative tutorial.
Hello my friend, A beautiful product from digital technology. I like this label maker. A nice labeling idea for tools and drawers in the workshop. This will make your job easier. It will make it an even more regular workshop. Now you know where everything is. see you later. Cheers mate. All the best.
Hello Buddy, yes I think it will help me organise tools, hardware and fixings, it will take a while to get it right, but certainly worth doing in the long run. Many thanks for watching, cheers Rob 👍👍

Excellent review...very thorough. I also bought one in Aldi a year or so ago...I love it...handy for so many things...especially chargers and plugs. The cheap multipacks of cartridges on Amazon are super and almost half the price of original Dymo ones.
Juste bought mine a couple days ago and couldn't understand why it wouldn't print taller letters. The maximum print height is 4.8mm. Way too narrow imo. Came here to see if mine was deffective or if it was normal.
Excellent video, I'm thinking of getting one of these to label plugs, flat top batteries (which tend to not have any battery information on them, and with this machine I could stick a label on them showing the mAh, battery type etc) and also for a multitude of other uses I would find as time went on. Just a quick question that I wondered if you could answer for me please. I was wondering are there advantages with the plastic labels vs the paper labels. Does one type stick better than the other/are the labels thicker on the plastic ones?
Yeah, the gloves would make a person think a bunch of ink is going to come pouring out of it, lol. But no, no ink as it's a thermal printer. No spills, so you won't need to wear any dorky gloves. 😉
Thanks Nigel, just the normal, shadow, highlighted, italic and Bold, and 4 different sizes, I thought they may put more on there, but nicely readable. I like the fact you can put the date on at the push of a button.. for seedlings 🌱. It’ll be interesting how well the plastic tape holds up all weathers over time! I’ll put some out soon on the allotment to see how they hold up.. I’ll keep you posted. All the best Rob 👍
Subscribe if you are new here, I have lots more videos on my channel and more to come 👍👍
Thank you for this video. You sold me! Purchasing now
Glad it has helped 😃 cheers 😎

Many Thanks Cheryl, really pleased the video helped 😃 it is a great bit of kit, cheers Rob
I’ve had my machine for 13 years and still works great! I can see they made it a more compact, feature rich machine.
Great to hear ! I’m really impressed with it, although I still need to label up lots of drawers. Cheers Rob
Brilliant, thank you that was super helpful.
Thanks Kelly.. really glad it helped 😉👍

I have this model and I hate it. It needs a backlight to see the screen and the keys are hard to read (black on gray).
That’s bugger’ed it,,,, gonna have to get one of them now.
Thanks for sharing 👍
🤣 great , I do the same after watching a video!, Cheers Rob
@@WeekendShedHead will you be posting anything from the allotment 🤔
Yes mate👍, very soon.. watch this space, is that something you’ll be interested in ? Cheers rob

How is it 2 years later & how well do the labels hold up?
A bit faded .. but they are still stuck and readable 👍 cheers
Thanks M8
The screen is not lighted. What can I do?? Today is 10/30/23

Thank you! The paper ones do get dirty, plastic are a cleaner finish , but they both stick as well , hope this helps , cheers Rob
@@WeekendShedHead brilliant, that’s very helpful. Thanks very much.
I can rotulate wire ?
I think It would be perfect for labelling wire.. I think that was your question 👍
Are there ink in each roll of paper/labels, or does it need to be changed on the inside at somepoint?

Good review Rob. How many built in Font types are in there?
Cheers. Nigel

Is it waterproof ?
I’m pretty sure the machine isnt, but the plastic decals should be.
I dont live in England and I dont have stuff like this im my country does someone wants to buy me one?
I suggest spending the money on a better label maker.
Use mine to print silly rude words then stick them on people 😂
🤣🤣👍
