Best Way to Fold Ratchet Strap with Hook

- I like the ability to hang my ratcheting straps on a shelf, clip them with a carabiner to a loop, or hook on a pegboard. This is the best way I've found so far to fold them and keep them folded with the tightening of the ratchet and hook itself. It takes a little effort, but with some practice, it takes less time to wrap than to untangle when you need them.

As a father I totally enjoyed the reality of kids! Far better than sitting them in front of a phone or tablet!! My kids thank me for taking everywhere doing everything together. I can find plenty of professional videos elsewhere but this is a gem!

Yes they do, thank you! I find it interested to get around 50/50 support for letting her be in the video vs people annoyed that it's distracting. That is parenthood. Trying to film without her, I just never would have made the video.

No, she won’t remember this. But at least you’ll have the video to show her. The patience is the key. Couple that with the simple fact that she is “involved” with you. These two things will develop the basis of a great relationship with your daughter. I didn’t have access to videography like this when my daughter was this age (she just turned 38). But patience and involvement has provided us a great life so far. Looking forward to more happy years.

Now my ratchets are stuck together and can’t get them apart because there is a strap covering the bottom plate that releases pressure 😂
I think we did it differently...but you could use that as a gag gift!

It doesn’t seem intuitive to take it apart, usually you need to be able to reach both “pawls” (just learned that word) as well as have tension pulling away from you.
