An execellant enlightenment in a complicated area of Sec. 34 and 149 IPC. It's an eye opner and caution for all trial lawyers during trial and appraising judge at time of arguement.
Our Hon'ble Lordship really I have some misconception and some time misapplication of provisions of law also.Now because of Your Honour's enlightened of these provision it is very helpful to me to avoid misapplication of law and other mistake while deciding criminal cases and it is helpful to me and society for correct and proper application of provision of law and deliver justice.Our Hon'ble thank you for sharing knowledge to us .

Humble submission is that, if the abettor who is present in the scene and aids/instigatrs another person to commit murder is also be deemed that he himself comitted the murder (need not be considered as abetment of murder) as per Section 114 IPC

Don't call him retired justice. Senior advocate is correct
