Finest lecture kn criminal conspiracy
Excellent lecture And insight on subject of conspiracy. Thank you To.All of You Sir.
Lordship is correct. It should be 50:50, the discussion on prosecution and defence. Victims are on both sides. But it is noted that the discussion is mainly on defense side.
Superb exposition of law by Justice Venkatesh. Indebted to him
Dedicated lecture on selective portion. Highly appreciated
A real issue dealt with authority that prosecution must be involved actively and not as a post office.
please share notes with as, because it is very much helpful for all the participate..
Very informative session 16.9.20
This actually punishment for agreement which is actually preparation in criminal jurisprudence
The first ( illustration) case is peehaps wrongly decided . What other hypothesis can be inferred but for committing forgery or fraud by tendering fictitious bills? Giving your bills memos to any person who is not your agent, signifies nothing else but agreeing to another for some illegal purpose, or for legal purpose by illegal means. I believe criminal conspiracy against both the accused persons get established, beyond reasonable doubt and not merely ends on a reason to believe.
Indeed very much informative.
